Starbucks — Restaurant in Westfield

!!STAY AWAY!! If you don't like your job, quit. Don't take it out on customers. Don't ignore customer orders when it's you're getting paid to take them. If you don't want to do your job, don't go to work. Don't take your problems to work. Don't make fake orders for the customers and try to make them pay for it. Hire staff that can provide customer service and take a simple order regardless of their day. (It was only 10am).

The conversation went like this(4 customers in the car): "Hello I'd like 4 drinks. I'd like 2 cafe lattes." "2 mango dragon fruit lemonade Starbucks Refreshers with Oat Milk Venti" "What? No. 2 cafe lattes. "2 kiwi starfruit lemonade Starbucks refreshers with Oat milk" "No. Cafe. Latte." "2 Mango Dragon Fruit Lemonade Starbucks Refreshers with Oat Milk Venti" "No." "Yes." "No I don't want that." "That will be __" "No. Can you take our Order? Hello? Hello? Can your take our order? I'm trying to order." Passenger: "I used to work at Starbucks. They keep their headset on. She can hear you.."

We decide to just pull up at the window...of course we hear her speak to the other customers after we move our car up.

We explained to the lady at the window that we didn't order those drinks and we'd like to order. She gets the other lady we were just speaking to instead. It begins again.

"Can you take our order? I don't want those drinks." "Then why did you say yes." "No, can can you take our order?" "Oh youre trying to order here at the window?! You have to park over there." "No we're trying to go to a funeral. We want 2 cafe lattes. We have 2 more people here waiting to order." Notice how she didn't take our order. "No you have to park over there"

At this point we just sit there trying to figure out what it's going to take to get a 2, 2 ingredient drinks. The people in the back said they didn't want a drink anymore. I told the driver I didn't want mine either. She looked like she was going to spit in our drinks. The question was, do we just park the car at the window and wait for them to take our order or do we go to the funeral on time? The driver decided, "We're just going to go now." "Whatever bye."

The two people in the back seat didn't get a chance to order.

The simple ingredients for a cafe latte-whole milk and Expresso. It took more time to try to argue with us, stick her head out the window, etc than make drinks.

Too bad we didn't have this crazy woman recorded. She worked May 6 in the morning. Of course she stuck her head out of the window like a crazy woman ( A large white woman with dirty...

Used to love this Starbucks, however today I went through the drive through and we asked for a cafè vanilla frappuccino (which I know that’s what we ordered because I go on the Starbucks app and put everything we’re getting in my cart so my boyfriend can easily read it off 😂) and we were handed a vanilla cappuccino. I get that everyone makes mistakes and I pointed it out and the lady working decided to give it to us anyways and started laughing with her co workers and shrugging like she didn’t know what we were talking about and it felt as though she was making fun of us. That is absolutely no okay. She acting like she didn’t know what we were talking about when we said “we wanted the cafè vanilla frappuccino that is on your menu” instead they obviously didn’t listen and handed us a plain “vanilla”frappuccino with literally no flavoring. If you don’t enjoy your job you should consider working somewhere else. It’s not fair that I am paying extra for coffee and am greeted with rude behavior and not...

Sorry. Not a frequent visitor so I wouldn't know. Its been limited in sitting like tables close to each table I noticed so I prefer not staying but I met a relative there. Great food and smells awesome! Very clean even bathrooms. I will say their pumpkin spiced with the topping is really over the top to taste. I do remember that a few years ago. Very nice taste in design. If you are hoping to catch up with someone talking maybe try in your car (watch traffic..you can do that there) or go for a walk at Stanley park. Bringing your laptop doing things on that is coming for people. I hope for Starbucks lovers they widen the place or lift the roof and make more room.... It's like the word "splendid" and you just close your eyes to prices BUT give your gold for "golden taste" . To date: I have had different items there. Their suvet's are AMAZING!! (egg with cheese and spinach or just cheese) better than quiche taste. I do not recall other ones though....
