On Wednesday I ordered about $100 worth of food. Paid for delivery and gave a $14 tip. After I paid online it said it would be about an hour or more. So I called and asked how long it would take. The guy ( I believe his name was Xavier) told me he was the only one working and it would be about 2 hours for delivery. So I told him I would pick it up instead so it would be quicker. So I went up there and picked up the food. Got all the way back home to realize I was missing food. Called and he said “ oh yea it’s right here “! So I went back up there to get it. Realized I paid for delivery and a tip which came up to about $17 so I called up there yesterday and asked if I could come get it considering I had to go get my food. The guy ( I’m guessing a manager) asked what happened then told me the guy I talked to when I ordered was lying and that he wasn’t there alone and my food could have been delivered sooner then what he told me. Told me he would give me my money back. I worked late yesterday and couldn’t make it in to get my money. Called today and he told me I picked the money up already and got an attitude and pretty much told me I was a liar. If I talked to this guy yesterday. Why would I try to lie about coming in knowing it’s the same guy I talked to. Sorry that you messed up my order and now I’m out on money because you guys didn’t do what you were supposed to do. I only received half my order at the time of delivery and we ran out immediately so I needed to call and get more food. Selena on the phone was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Since there was a mistake on my order I asked for either a refund or to correct the order and she was unable to help with either option. She said she can’t refund me for food already received and didn’t seem to understand I hadn’t received it. I asked to speak with the manager, she said he wasn’t there. I asked for more food to be delivered, she quoted me one price, I double checked and confirmed the price, and then she called back 20 minutes later, said there was a mistake, and charged me double. She said the re-order would be ready in 20 min (delivery 0.4 miles from their store) and it took almost an hour. When it arrived it was still only half the order but the driver was just delivering what he was given. Read more6 separate problems with a single order. 1) Took over 75 minutes for delivery. 2) Spelled street name for person taking order; still got it wrong. Had to text driver correct address. 3) Did not send driver with credit card slip 4)asked for flavored crust, no flavored crust 5)asked for ranch for dipping, got buttermilk ranch salad dressing instead. 6) and most importantly, called store to remedy issues, manager had an attitude when he answered the phone. Said "just in case you weren't aware, ranch is a salad dressing" and we didn't know you're address because we don't normally deliver there" I specifically asked when placing my order if they delivered to the address presented.
