Benito's Pizza — Restaurant in Westland

This place has gone so far down hill. I would say it was a bad night but definitely not the case. The inside of the building was so dirty. Floors had dirt and old, old food everywere. Order counters were disgusting. The window sills were full of dead bugs.

Now for the order. 15 min order took 55 minutes. They didnt just mix up one pizza. They mixes up topings from each pizza putting some on one and some on the other. The pizzas were burnt.

While waiting we watched them screw up others orders. One guy was making a sub and finished it. He was standing by the oven waiting. The "manager" asked what he was doing and he said waiting for the sub. The manager was like you just f'n made it. Oh duh.

They gave us the food for free and offered us two free pizzas on our next order. Umm no thanks. Not after how dirty the place was.

This place used to be my go-to spot until I moved out of the area. I was in this area recently and decided to order from there since we haven't had it in awhile. Never again will I eat at this particular location! Wife went in to grab the food and let's just say thank god for that because I would have lost my shit if I was in there and heard how they were talking with a customer nearby. Clearly young immature kids who don't know the difference between sweet n sour and mild sauce. Unfortunately, the wings were the only good thing we got. Ordered a X Large pizza and was suprised to see it was a deep dish? I've ordered X Large before and it wasn't a deep dish so I dunno why that was different but most importantly the pizza was NOT edible. Every pizza restaurant around this area are very similar. The quality is ok, the customer service is lacking, and they give the worst attitude if an error was made. Benito's has, in the past, been grouped in with those places. Brittany and Anthony have completely changed that perception for me. Not only does each pizza they make come out nearly perfect, their customer service skills are heads above the rest. They make sure to greet you as you walk in the door; a trait lost by many local pizza places. They make sure to ask how your day is going with a tone that shows they are actually hoping your day has been good. Brittany and Anthony are the reason I continue to spend my money at Benito's. In my humble opinion, there is no Benito's without these two individuals. If they were to leave the company, my business...
