I came in last Saturday to pick up a party sub order. The subs were phenomenal! We didn't eat right away so I didn't think it'd taste as fresh but it did. It's the only place I can eat and not get sick. My daughter even loves coming here for the chicken nuggets and fries. Last Saturday was the first time in a year since she'd been there and as soon as we step in she says "Would you like to take another picture?". (We took one the previous year). I've been to lots of places to eat with her, but Tubbys is the first place she's jumping up and down for and wanting to take pics with me.

Thanks to Tubbys for getting me to eat again and for bringing my daughter closer ♡

Everything is fresh here! I have onions every day here and they taste freshly picked every time. They're also quick so the wait is relatively short depending on your order and staff is friendly. I have been eating here every day I work since November of 22 2022. That's how good it is 😅

I think it's about time I update my review. It's now June 2023 and I've been eating the Cheeseburger Itialano sub M-F since about February. I am still very impressed with how good it is and HOW AMAZING THE DRESSING IS. I get extra on the side so I can drown it 😅 Staff are friendly and quick. Love eating here on my lunch break every day. (:

September 12,2023: the fries are crispy and salted exactly how I like them. I have Tubbys closer to my house but I come here because the subs, fries, wings, cherry Pepsi, it's all gooood

Sept 25,2023. I see I just did one this month but I can't help myself. I order my Cheeseburger Itialano like I been doing every day since February. It doesn't look the same as it always does. I feel a Lil skeptical, take a bite and it's phenomenal. Idk how they do it. It reminds me of the time I left my pizza steak sub out for hours and it was a mushy mess and looked gross but it was as good as if it was freshly made. I don't get it. I think they're food...

Their workers are completely rude and the men that work there are so very disrespectful. The way they talked to my wife on the phone nd hung up on her twice i can not believe his business is still running. The girl at the window who took my order completely messed up my pregnant wifes sub nd u can imagine she wasnt happy considering this was the 2nd time this place has done this... She called to talk to a manager the little boy on the phone said the manager wasnt in then kept calling my wife sweety nd insisting i ordered the sub wrong when she was on the phone with me when i ordered. The guy ended up arguing with her nd hanging up then she called to get his name nd the manager answered the phone arguing with her telling her she is wrong.. Telling her theres nothing they can do. So i went back up there told them im here to get the right sub. Bc they messed up the first one nd the lady at the window in front of me said "are u really gonna do it for them" they ordered it wrong" i could not believe the customer service at this place. My wife works in customer service nd has for years she could not believe the attitudes nd the way these people treated there guest. I promise you no way in hell i or any of my family and friends will ever go to this place. After this experience we wont go to another tubbys again!! They need to bring in new workers nd a manager that knows how to run a business. if i could give them .2 star i would. DO NOT WASTE YOUR...

Was at the drive-through tonight, ordered the steak and cheese sub with an extra sauce/dressing on the side. The woman who took my order (seemed) pleasant, friendly. Upon arriving at the window I had my money ready, the woman came to the window took my money, handed me my food, thanked me, slam the window shut and walked away Counting my money. All without giving me my change Or receipt? I had planned to give her a tip, but she took it for granted And slammed the window shut on me. We all have bad days but she literally slammed the window shut After taking my money and handing me my food. She planned to keep the money. I was pleasant and nice. I said please and thank you. For her to slam the window and not give me my receipt or change.... I'm sure this is on a security Video tape To confirm what i'm Saying took place. We all can have bad days we all struggle with our finances. No one knows what everyone is going through. She literally slammed the window in my face. To say I was stunned....... I get home to eat my sandwitch I find I have only one dressing And it's sour! How can a tubby's dressing be sour???? I couldn't eat my sandwich I had to throw it out.
