To the cafe owner that will read this: You cannot do anything that will make up for the lack of care you have for your customers. Even as I went up to the counter to pay for the few items that actually arrived at my table, you didn’t look sorry for wasting our family’s time and you didn’t explain the hour long delays for the food. Don’t pretend to care by replying to this review.

I can’t even begin to detail the experience of having the sore luck of eating here at a youtuber’s recommendation. (cough: combine K and T). Did you guys pay the youtuber to promote the restaurant? Because it looked amazing in the video that was posted the day before I came here.

No one greeted us upon arrival, and we had to find a server for a table. Despite ordering three dishes, only one arrived promptly. After a 30-minute wait, I had to inquire about the missing orders, which were then forgotten. The Pate Special was disappointing – cold and dense bread. I made a point to come here on this trip visiting Cali since the last memory of the taste was so good. The Patê platter is still excellent. I can’t remember if the ice milk coffee in the past was this burnt but I couldn’t bare the strong burnt taste this time. It’s good but it’s too burnt. Maybe it’s Cali folks’ preference. We asked if we could swap out for juice instead cuz asking for a coffee replacement would be the same burnt. I’m grateful for our waitress, she tried hard to help. It was the dirtiest food store I ve ever been to. It must be inspected by USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service immediately. 4 peoples, involving a young boy and 3 ladies helped me for a tea and a croissant. The boy took the croissant to the back to warm up and yelled at a lady 5 minutes later to go get it and she came back 5 minutes after. Other lady prepared the tea and used the same spoon as for all other drinks to force the bag into the cup. The place was so dirty and messy and disorganized that I would never go back.
