This place is super spacious and CLEAN! The decor is modern and industrial. The food was really good, the portion size was small. We came during happy hours and ordered a few happy hour dishes. The meat part is very little with lots of fillers like onions and cilantro for happy hours, so I think it’s just better to order the regular dishes. Oysters are only 1$ each during happy hours, but they were kind of dry and shrivel up. I really enjoyed the fish balls, it was yummy. The salmon belly was good, but too much fillers and not enough salmon. The salmon rolls were good, and the sauce complimented the rolls nicely. The basil clams were delicious but portion was small for the price. The fingernail clams were good but so expensive. You literally get 5 pieces for 14$. The garlic noodles were noodles were good, but you only get 4 measly prawns/shrimp. I really do like this place, just wish portion was bigger. On the day that we came, there was one guy who ran around and served everyone. They need to staff more people. ——— YEsterday, I gave this place a try again and I was really disappointed in the food. Everything was extremely sour or overly sweet. I ordered a TOM YUM soup, and it was so sour, I could barely take a second sip of my broth. I told my family to try it because there was no way I could take another bite. FIVE other adults try it, and clenched their eyes and mouth because it was more sour than a lemon, slightly less than a lime. We ordered two different styles of razor clams, one cooked in butter and the other in lemon peppers l, and both were the same level of sourness. Another failed dish was the house special garlic butter lobster will noodles: it was so saucy and wet. This dish was an epic failed because it was overly sweet and not garlicky at all. Their salty fish fried rice was very plain and not memorable at all. They need to try this dish at LUC DINH KY, because that place gets it right. We ordered other dish, which were decent, but nothing that would make us want to take our parents back since, my parents care more about the calories that they wasted on this restaurant, not their...
Read moreI like others saw it on IG and was like all you can eat for that price, sounds good to me. I was disappointed to find out that you can only do the all you can eat with 2 or more people, as I was shown on the menu. I didn't notice that caviate in the IG videos (if there I missed it). The waitress suggested, the seafood zone combo, since I was interested in the AUCE. It came with snow crab, lobster tail, shrimp garlic noodles, corn, sausage, potatoes and egg. I was like ok. Not so ok. Presentation was pretty, it came with a good portion of garlic noodles (that weren't hot) 1 crab cluster(all crab lovers know this is less than a lb) 1 lobster tail cut in half (to make it look like more) 6-7 head on shrimp, potatoes and corn (no sausage). The shrimp and lobster were over cooked, some shrimp mushy others and lil firmer but still had to fight to get the shell off, same with lobster. When it was time for the check I asked about a different combo (naked combo) I saw on the menu, which was cheaper but had the same plus mussels. She stated it had less shrimp and noodles and is a different flavor. The one i had was more like crab boil. She did take off $2 for not receiving sausage. overall, I thought it was just ok and not enough food for the money. Which I relayed to her prior to receiving the check. They get you full on carbs not the seafood. They also gave more attention to groups than solo diners. My lavender lemon drop was good tho. Was I full when I left, yes (cause I ate all my food). Was this experience worth a 40 min (50 on the way back) drive and $71....
Read moreSo we arrived @ the Restaurant that I've been seeing all over IG & Tiktok. When you walk in there's a big beautiful tree with decor of a little park. It was nice. I asked about the specials I saw advertised on IG after we were seated. I picked one and my food came out cold. Maybe lukewarm. I was told it would be made again and I believe. When my food was returned it looked dried out and only the corn and one of the potatoes felt like it was warm. The lobster was so shriveled up it was horrible. The son I'm guessing who just got out of school chose to eat wing stop came to ask if everything was fine. I was not happy with my pick. My cousin said the garlic noodles were amazing and they were! She also had crab and ordered some other things which were misleading on the menu. She spent over $100.00 not to be halfway happy with her food choice. I failed to look @ the reviews before I went to this place. I was given a $9 discount. And $1.75 cash for the extra charge of butter.👍🏾 as soon as our food arrived so did the flies. It was several flies that swarmed the table. AND we were inside. It was like being @ a picnic out side. I had to cover my food with several napkins. I was told when the door was open they come right in. Read the...
