Faifo Noodle House — Restaurant in Westminster

Wow! IM APPALLED!! You would think that after providing such terrible customer service that they would at least have some professionalism when I wrote my review on the situation but instead they met me with passive aggressive demeanor and manipulating the situation to take no accountability!

This place claimed that I “called them asking for them to remake the food” which is COMPLETE LIES! I called the place to ask why it was taking so long since my order never progressed past “preparing” for an hour. This lady told me that my food had been waiting “15 minutes plus” (her words verbatim) and asked me how long it would take me to arrive if I left immediately. I responded, “20 minutes” so the employee OFFERED WITHOUT MY REQUEST to speak with the kitchen about remaking it. Also, the place new the food had been waiting over 15 minutes because by the time I called, my order had been placed for an hour and it was supposed to be ready within 15-25 minutes. Screenshots to prove. I NEVER asked for my food to be remade. She told me she would call me back but instead this immature and awful guy called me scolding me for the situation and told me to either pickup the food that even his employee knew would be compromised, or take it up with DoorDash and hope we get our 80 dollars back.

It’s crazy to me that I provided empathy to this restaurant by saying, “I understand this is neither of our fault and it’s frustrating for us both but I appreciated that your female employee offered to remake the food.” I’m constantly being met with aggressiveness from this restaurant now and can’t even post an HONEST review without them trying to lie and further the situation for how awful it is instead of rectifying it.

Best broth I've had so far at a pho place. I'm new to pho but, I sampled it over and over and kept telling myself, mmmmmm this really is delicious (I've been to five pho restaurants in the area and they have the best broth). And that was before I added anything to it. I ordered the shrimp pho and the shrimp were soft and not too chewy. Really delicious blended matcha drink with added boba pearls. Best boba I've had in the area!! (I've had some boba where the pearls are too hard, others where the drink is too thick and too sweet and not a good flavor). The blended green tea matcha drink had the perfect flavor, not too sweet and soft boba pearls!! Too bad they charge an extra dollar to add boba to the blended matcha drink. $6 is kind of steep for boba but I'll still pay it cuz it's the best one I've found. A reviewer commented that they had fantastic french fries and so we got some. They were fantastic actually I was surprised how good they were. Slightly greasy but they don't look greasy and they don't taste greasy they just left a slight greasy residue on my hands. But I would definitely buy the fries again they were really good. I probably shouldn't even have said anything about the greasy part since that wasn't off putting at all to me and it normally is. Beautiful decor which is rare in a pho restaurant. However since I'm not a skinny girl, the chairs they have make it impossible for me to sit in them which means I have to sit in the back against the wall on a bench. Not a problem really as long as one of those tables are available. However, if I go there and those tables are taken I would have to leave. That's how uncomfortable their chairs are for anyone with any kind of hips on them. I don't think skinny people think of that. Lol So with that being said I think their food is delicious and I hope when I go back that they have the table available...

Such a fresh vibe to the pho scene here!

The pho broth is rich, fatty, and full of flavor. They have options like beef rib & bone marrow add on. Really good, and great amount of meat! A solid bowl of pho! Aromatic, and filling! Big bowl portion. Love the add on options to give you a heartier bowl with a wow factor!

They also offer a “spicy beef pho” that is served dry with a side of broth. This is reminiscent of chili oil noodles, and is topped with that classic vietnamese sweet & savory sa ot chili sauce. Lemongrass forward, which is delicious. You enjoy this with broth on the side to sip on. A very fun & fresh take on pho. A bit chili oil heavy, so maybe refrain from mixing it all in. This one is extremely rich, so if you’re looking for a lighter meal get their traditional pho.

Ca Ri- Vietnamese style curry noodles! They were delicious and exactly how Viet curry should be. HUGE portion size, filled with lots of fish cake, vegetables and more. Robust, full of spices, and very rich.

Casual vibe! You order at the front & seat yourself. You also clean after yourself. Keep that in mind if you’re one of those people who gets taken aback by that. I appreciate the bar for the vegetables, this way basil and bean sprouts...
