Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Westminster

I went in to order just three pepperoni pizzas he said 15 minutes please wait outside so I did came in after the wait time and seen about 7 new customers get their orders and leave , after I asked for mine he (worker) said they are almost out. So I said ok few more minutes not bad another customer walks in and he takes the three pizzas made for my order and uses two for the customer who walked in she left right away with those I then looked at him and stated you just gave her my order and said I’m sorry we do on line orders first. I was upset and he knew this again this is now 40 min after the 15 I had waited outside. I waited over an hour and after so many orders been made and sent on their way when I finally got my pizza made he walked to the wall behind office where I couldn’t see anything then walked back I said naw give me my money back I didn’t feel comfortable with him waking to an area I couldn’t see with the food I ordered he then said I had him write you two free 5 dollar pizza coupons thats why I took your pizza over there made no sense to me just made me sick to my stomach I said I don’t need your coupons I paid for my pizza I just think you should have given mine in the order it was placed in. No lie this place at first use to be great and clean now they have these men with long hair Un groomed or kept out of the way and no covers over their face or gloves for hands and they don’t stay in one area and keep hands clean it was just a seen I truly took notice to and I think the manger really needs to take a good look at how things are ran. I only did one star only cause you have to do at least one but the way they cooked the pizza Is awful they way they treat people awful and area n cooks need to be cleaner especially in the area they work not like down closer to 6th n Sheridan most would consider the area ghetto well the workers down that area are 500% way better in every way especially cleanliness. This place in my eyes in the last month have went from a good 4 star to a major negative...

Worst experience ever! These people dont even deserve the one star google makes you select. First of all, the manager nicole is never there and everytime i try and make a complaint, her minions have an excuse for why i cannot speak to her and offer crazy bread, as if thats going to fix the fact that i have to wait every time i go in, regardless of the time of day and deal with her slow employees who always have vulgar music playing and are either on the side of the building smoking weed or on the phone. Secondly, there doesnt seem to be any real hustle here. I mean entirely false advertisement, hot and ready. There has not been one instance in the last very several months that ive been able to order a peperoni and a cheese without having to wait for one or the other. To make matters worse, the night crew has to be the most irresponsible people i have ever seen. Every time i go in there after 8, they are all drunk and acting like its a party house in there. This place just has to be under its own set of rules because this time last year, it was nothing like this. I will never give these people my company again, if you are in the mood for pizza, anywhere else is worth the extra few dollars than this...

I ordered 2 pizzas via the mobile app last night 12/10. I go to pick up the pizzas. It was timely, check out was good, and I leave. I drive back home….Wrong pizzas. I tried calling to let them know but the phone goes to an automated message which tells me to order online then it disconnects the call. Little frustrating. I take the pizzas back to little Caesar’s. I’m told by the customer service guy at the counter that the pizzas are correct. However they are not correct. I responded to the customer service rep that they are clearly not correct and that I’m not even sure how he could say that they are. The customer service rep tells me “he works there so he should know if they are correct or not”. I asked him to read aloud the online description of the pizza I ordered and together we will check out my pizza. He refused this simple request, I’m guessing because he knew I was right. All things considering I was finally furious over my pizzas. I asked for a refund, that I did get but with major attitude from the customer service rep. Never ever again will I go to this place. No cheap and quick pizzas are worth the time and the frustration spend...
