I don't normally write reviews but this is the second time in the last 60 days this restaurant has provided poor quality service and poor quality food so I felt it necessary to share my experience. I went through the drive thru at the W. 72nd Avenue location in Westminster, Colorado on 5/10/22 at 6:45pm. There were 3 cars ahead of me and the order process went smoothly. I order two Value Baskets and when asked what I wanted to drink I was told they didn't have Pepsi, Dr Pepper OR their HOMEMADE ROOT BEER. All they had to offer was Sierra Mist and Mountain Dew. I asked for 2 Mountain dews. I paid for my order at 6:55pm and was told to pull ahead and park and wait for my food. As I pulled ahead, there were 5 cars parked in front me waiting for their orders as well. After waiting over 25 minutes I finally received my order at 7:21pm and went home to eat. After arriving home I took my orders out of the bag only to find that what I ordered and paid for was not what was in the bag. I ordered and paid for a Double Swiss and Mushroom Butter Burger and was given a Double Butter Burger with Onions, Pickles on a very dry bun that felt like it had been sitting out all day long and wasn't fresh at all. In addition the Mountain Dews I ordered were flat and had absolutely no carbonation whatsoever and they didn't give us napkins with our meals either. When I'm paying $27.00 for 2 fast food meals and almost $60 in the last 60 days at this restaurant, I expect my order to be correct, food to be fresh, drinks to fresh and napkins to be in the bag whether I'm taking my food home ordered from the drive thru or eating in the restaurant. That goes without saying for any restaurant I choose to go to. The quality of the food and service at this location has deteriorated tremendously since opening a few years ago and I have been extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my last two experiences at this location and will not be returning for another poor quality meal...
Read moreMy husband and I love the food here, good variety and value for your money. We frequent this place often so our experience yesterday was completely shocking! First we patiently waited to be helped. The girl at the register kept looking at us and said nothing. Then a different woman came in tk be helped and immediately she asked the woman if she needed help. We were offended and confused. Still patient we waited until the woman was done with her order and then the girl left the register,came back, looked at us again and reluctantly asked if we had been helped. We stayed kind and ordered,patiently waited for out order and realized the guy bagging the food forgot my husbands fries. My husband asked the same guy bagging orfers for his fries and he looked at us like we were lying. Maybe he was embarrassed? Si my husband said, "I promise the fries are missing, you are welcome to look". Mistakes happen, we understand, and we were patient. Yet the guy at the register waived my husband away with his hand, rolled his eyes, and made a noise of disgust. Saying only "whatever" and got the fries. It was shocking! We were so taken aback my husband felt perhaps he embarrassed the young man and tried to make amends saying"sorry guy, we weren't accusing you, we just were letting you know so we could get our entire order". We were off course completely ignored and the employee kept his back turned on us the rest of the time, saying nothing. I don't know what valiente to those employees that day to make them so rude but no matter what it was there is no excuse to test us this way. We've both worked in fast food in our youth abs understand that there are difficult customers so we strive to be friendly. Read moreThough have never had any issues in the past with this location last trip was just a nightmare. Ordered two meals, one for my daughter and then one for myself and as was driving away to home noticed only had one of the two in the bag. Luckily the one we did get was my daughters because nothing worse than a 11 year old who is hungry and no food. They did however get me my shake just not the food. Went inside and told them about it hoping maybe was prepared just forgot to place in bag. But no they said would have to make it if I wanted to wait, which after waiting to get the one meal we did then to talk to a employee about the whole thing I was pretty tired of waiting for food and said not to worry about. Kinda had lost my appetite anyway. I know they're a slamming busy place and have a lot going on but I feel if perhaps got a little more older individuals in to tame all the high school kids a little bit that it might run a tiny bit better. Like how is it that got like 5 or 6 back in the shake and ice cream area yet it takes almost 10 minutes to get it? Still good food and really just the one incident at this location, so pretty good track record since been going there since my daughter was about 5.
