The food is really good and the service is fast. The prices and deals they offer are pretty good. The staff is generally friendly. My only reason for the lower review is so far I have had missing items in 3 of the last 4 times I've been here. I've had missing burgers, fries, etc. I wish the team members would take that extra time to verify orders before handing them to customers, especially via drive thru. This time i walked in and there were at least 6 employees on staff, no one thru drive thru, and i could see my order was the only one on the screen. It was a little after 3pm in a Saturday so before the dinner rush and after lunch rush. I probably should have double checked my order, but i was in a hurry and ive had missing items in my last 2 of 3 visits, so i wanted to go in to order to see why they have issues. Sometimes customers are on the go and we don't have the time to stop, park, check the order, go back in to have it fixed. And when burgers are $7, it's expensive to have these mistakes, especially when I don't have time to drive back to correct it. I called the store and the gentleman was very kind but basically told me they have no way to refund over the phone. Unfortunately I had to, pun intended, "eat" the cost. I tried going online but they couldn't help either. I even ordered thru the app and it cannot refund. Very frustrating when I've probably lost over $30 in the last 4 visits. Hard to make me want to come back if I anticipate losing money, and especially when mine was the only order. I ordered two burgers, two fries, a salad and a drink. Oh and the burgers were missing the mustard. Special orders are almost always wrong.

Read moreWhen I arrived there was no line. I ordered my food and when I got to the window things took a turn for the worst. The girl with the glasses who is always the one at the window took my card. I asked for an extra ranch dressing for my salad, if possible 2 she stated she would if she could. I've NEVER had an issue getting 2 ranch dressings with my salad. NEVER. when she handed me the salads I asked again for a 2nd ranch dressing. She said 'i cant' I told her I would even pay for it. She still refused and I asked for the manager. She lied and said she was at lunch. I told her I don't care and I want to speak with her. I tried to ask for dipping sauce and she decided to close the window and ignore me. I waited. I then see her venting about the situation to her coworkers and one comes to the window. (Ian) he was super nice and helped me but unfortunately I will not be returning to this location. The first time I started to come back to this location this girl was nice, however each time I have come she has progressively gotten more and more rude.
That's just about ordering my food not even about the actual food!! The chicken was awful and too hard to bite into, the burger was disgusting and my mom couldn't finish it and the salads were welted...
Read moreFriday night at 10:30pm. I haven't been to a Jack in the Box in a long time so I am not a pro at ordering there and I don't have their menu memorized. At this time of night your options are limited. The woman at the drive thru just now spoke to me like every word out of my mouth was the most annoying thing she's ever heard. She should NOT be in a customer facing position. I asked if the sausage croissant came with egg and she acted like I was the dumbest person alive. Sorry, it doesn't say on the menu and it just looks yellow; it could be cheese, it could be egg... I ask. Even with Miss Attitude, I would have been fine just taking my food and going on my way. EXCEPT ... I got some random sandwich instead. Not the sausage breakfast sandwich I had ordered. (This particular sandwich will not be tasted as I dislike 2 of the ingredients but I'll upload a pic). So I'm a little tiffed about the whole experience now. I had to put up with that snotty lady, I'm hungry and I'm out the money because I can't go back.
Perks? We were the only car there so they're not busy. Given the lack of customers and the likely small staff, they were fast. Unless they just gave me a leftover sandwich from earlier so they would seem fast without actually...
