Planet Fitness is located in the Hidden Lake Shopping Center. It’s near to impossible to cancel this membership without seriously being put out. They put an enormous hardship on anyone who wants to end using their service. Buyer beware ever signing up at any of these planet fitness health clubs. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been sick or moved a considerable distance away they demand you show up in person to the club you originally signed up at to supposedly sign paperwork. I’ve been finding from other customers that that doesn’t guarantee anything. They are absolutely ridiculous. There should be a place in the app they make you use where a hold because of emergency or illness could be put on the account or with a click of a button the membership can be ended.
