After going to Sheridan Cafe for 15+ years my family and I will not be going back. We had a take out order and when we got home the chicken in all of our dishes tasted bad (we have these dishes often), ended up not eating anymore after the first bite, and called to notify them of the food quality/ ask for a refund. The response was extremely rude by refusing a refund and saying "you can come back and show us how much you ate. All the chicken cannot be bad". We explained we couldnt ckme back but offered for a delivery driver to come get it if they needed the food back..they refused. When we asked to speak to a manager or owner, we were told we were speaking to the owner. They were very unprofessional in the way they spoke to us. We have never experienced service like this from them and it put a bad taste in our mouth (more than just from the chicken..but the attitude as well). In the end we still were refused a refund and they blamed the chicken...

The food is good… if you get it. We order here regularly and about every 3rd time they forget something! They put you on hold some how figure out if you are really missing your food. So, someone is missing their meal while the others eat. This time we are missing 2 items from our $70 order. Sorry they say and send it out on the next run. There are too many Chinese restaurants to choose from for this kind of service. Moving on to some other restaurant next time we have a hankering for Chinese food.

I was hopeful this would be good food based on the other reviews, but I am sad to say it was bland and kinda gross. I had the pannag curry with chicken and white rice. The meal comes with a cup of soup and an egg roll.
The hot and sour soup was cold and not very tasty. The egg roll was horrible, overcooked and had a strange flavor. The curry had barely any sauce and what it did have was not tasty at all. The rice was good and the veggies were plentiful. The chicken had a very strange texture and was not flavorful at all.
I cannot recommend this place based on my experience. Maybe the Chinese dishes are better, but the Thai was not worth...
