Anthony has exceeded expectations and been excellent to work with throughout the whole homebuying process! Before stepping foot in any properties, we met to go over what I'm looking for, what the process looks like, the current market/expectations. With the CO market being tough for buyers, we spent several weeks looking at properties online, seeing the top choices in person, and making a few offers. Each time we made an offer, Anthony spent HOURS doing comparison research and getting opinions from other industry experts. Additionally, he called the selling agents several times to find out how they'd prefer the offer structured. His confidence and way with words started healthy relationships with every seller we talked to.

Once an offer was accepted, Anthony helped coordinate all of the inspections, contracts, and the appraisal.
