If you prepay - check the price on the ham!! We went to go pick up our prepaid ham on Christmas Eve for Christmas Day. I waited in line and when I got to the front one of the workers said something like “we only have a 44 is that okay?” And the manager told him I prepaid and said she got her order, so now she needs to leave. I felt a little confused but just left. I later realized I paid $77.59 and the ham we got said $57 on it. By the time I noticed something felt off I was halfway home, so I turned around. The manager said they would refund my order through Grubhub. Since the whole situation felt off, I contacted Grubhub to confirm, only to find out that they made no attempt to refund my order, so Grubhub went through the process on their end. If you prepay, make sure you check your ham to make sure you paid the right amount. I would highly recommend just reserving and paying when you get there to avoid the headache or having this business try to rip you off on Christmas - very disappointing. Will not go back to...
Read moreI have been going to Honey Baked Ham for more years than I can count. We get a honey baked ham every year for Christmas Day for as long as I can remember. It has been one of our favorite traditions until this year. I bought a 6 lb ham this year and was so disappointed - at least 2 pounds of it was nothing but fat. The entire top had about an 1 1/2 inches of fat between the ham meat and the crust. I not only paid more this year for a smaller ham than I normally buy, but the entire top and parts inside were nothing but fat. I paid over $80 for this and was only able to get enough ham for one meal - all the rest was pure fat shich I had to cut off the entire top and out of the slices themselves and throw away. Unfortunately, this will be the last year we have Honey Baked Ham as part of our Christmas tradition. Needless to say, I am so disappointed that Honey Baked Ham would even sell such a ham...

They will make you wait in line with everyone else who just decided to get a ham it makes absolutely no difference that you pre-ordered. I think it is absolutely wrong for this company to be taking pre-orders they are incompetent and incapable of fulfilling them.
