ChaNails Beauty Bar — Local services in Westminster

PLEASE, DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH AND SAFETY. UNSANITARY. I was serviced by Naomi on 8/17, the woman who claimed ownership of this establishment. I asked for short, square, pink acrylic nails. The problems I have are listed below:

1. REUSED a sanding band- which can cause INFECTION and DISEASE.

2. Filed so far down the side of my nails that it was raw and swollen- still is.

3. I asked for removal as it started HURTING. I was asked to WAIT for 30 minutes in pain or to just wait until the pain goes away.

4. I had acrylic on my skin- which can cause DERMATITIS.

5. Another “nail tech” did removal- drilled so much of my natural nail that my nail beds are RAW and RED and has unnatural grooves. She also cut me multiple times which can cause INFECTION.

6. She then refused me a refund which, by then, I had to demand again to get.

7. I was blamed and told my nails are “just sensitive” and should not get nails- not true, I have gotten nails many times never like this experience.

This establishment does NOT care about YOU nor your NAIL HEALTH. Please, just go to a salon you know and trust if you are thinking of going here. Thank you all for reading, and,...

Super high prices I paid $400 for 2 full sets and a pedicure and the nails began to lift a week later and the rhinestones started falling off days later ….. this is what happens when the nail techs use cheap products to save themselves money 💰 the customers end up taking a loss . My recommendation is to ask for prices before you sit down and let them start the work and before you start to drinking the mimosas and margaritas lol For the price they charge they should offer reassurance to the customers they will fix at no charge to replace or fix any fallen rhinestones or lifted nails 💅 As for me I won’t be coming back nor will I recommend any friends or any new potential customers who are reviewing this review . Me and my friend visited this salon and extremely happy with the customer service and their works. My friend had her nail done somewhere else $75 but lift after 3 days and look ugly, so I decided to bring her here with me. We asked to cost some different sets in advance cause we don’t wanna pay too much at the moment. But I have to say, you pay what you get. I end up paying a little bit over my budget, but both nails and toes come out like wow. Both of us so happy with our nails. And will definitely come back for new year nails. Also, they have winter special 10% off so I take advantage of it. Worth it. The red set were my nails and white one...
