I have been coming here for 2 years. I live less than 2 minutes away so I come here EVERY MORNING. Usually spending 20+ minutes. Because they can never seem to get it right! Tim or Alex whatever he calls himself which day, truly thinks he's a great asset to Starbucks. If you don't like your job just quit! Why be rude to people when we know what we drink? I use to be a assistant manager at Starbucks so I'm very aware of the rules. However they don't know this. I've made my drink over and over myself at Starbucks over 200 times so trust when I know my drink ain't right! I have it down to weight! I know when my drink is wrong when I pick it up! Alex should make sure your drink is correct! He just worries about getting his name out there "yeah I represent starbucks" you can't even do your job right. I don't understand why you are still there! People work and have to be to work on time, and don't have time to listen to your jokes. We just want our drink made right every time! I always have to go in and have them re prepare my drink and wait again. Never offered a free drink just for them to waste my time every morning. I'm taking this to corporate the highest I can go! This is beyond ludacris. This morning yet in another rush, they give me a drink with peppermint and I always order a venti ice water today I was lucky to get me a tall which won't even last me half way to work! Read moreOnce upon a time, I didn’t have the best experiences at this location. It has truly changed. Everyone at this location has been so friendly!!! I frequently order in the drive-thru and literally every single employee that is working the window is so welcoming and engaging! Forgive me as I do not know all of their names; in fact, I know there are at least 2 names that I don’t know that I wish I could give recognition to for being so nice, and 1 that is hilarious and makes me laugh while I’m waiting for my drink. With that being said, I have 3 individuals that I would like to mention that have been so great, so accommodating and so friendly: David, Logan, and Mason. It doesn’t matter what day, what time; how busy this location gets, David is the most sincere and kind individual. He genuinely cares about the customer and it shows! Mason is so great! The last few months, in certain days, I’m that customer pulling up to order 5 minutes before they close, thinking the baristas are going to be bothered- Mason is never bothered, and he knows how I like my drinks!! Read moreMy favorite Starbucks :) The drive-thru line was a bit long and the parking was full but that's totally expected (it's a popular Starbucks for a reason). The lady who took my order was super kind and to the point. When she asked me what kind of cake pops I wanted, I responded with "Surprise me". And she did so with a smile! For a second there I was almost given the wrong beverage (understandable for it was a busy time). After a joke or two I was given my drink and offered a free green tea for the confusion. I declined, of course, because it didn't warrant a free drink, but the offer itself was mega sweet!!
