I'm very happy this place opened up. The prices are so reasonable! I appreciate that they have food options, snacks and small meals, to go with the drinks. I also love the places that offer different sweetness levels on the drinks! I don't like very sugary. Everything was very fresh, the bonito was waving happily on top of my takoyaki. Most of all, the staff (owners?) are extremely friendly, helpful, and nice. They are so welcoming and offered samples, info, and friendly conversation. I'm looking forward to coming again.

The staff are so freaking kind, which is a huge win for any place! And I love boba, so a new place opening up in the area is so exciting! They let us try an egg custard and we were pleasantly surprised. It was delicious! I also enjoy that you get to decide between black, green and oolong tea! That’s not a choice you usually get. Coconut milk green tea with boba: 8/10 Thai milk tea: 8/10 It’s very bright and open inside. A cute little place I definitely want to bring people to relax and chill at!

Wonderful place! Great people and great service. They were super friendly and good at explaining different options. I got their Takoyaki and Brown Sugar Boba (couldn't help but eat half of the Takoyaki before the review because it was so good ☺️) I bought a Sonny Angel blindbox and got the one I wanted first try! 20/10 recommend this place

I googled "wrap near me" and Js Boba & Bites popped up. I saw rice wraps on the menu and was intrigued. I went in was immediately greeted by the nicest man. I didn't get his name, wish I had. I asked for his recommendations on protein and dressing choices for my wrap and he explained the options in depth, in a good way. There was no one else there so there was time. I went with pork (marinated in a Japanese barbecue, I think that's right) and the house ginger, which they do indeed make in house. I also ordered egg tarts, which he offered for me to try first, SO good! Crispy and soft in all the right places. Got a Thai iced tea, which they actually brew, it's not a mix, so I was able to get it unsweetened. The veg on the wrap were all fresh and crisp and the Thai tea was the best I have ever had. I can't recommend this place enough and I am so glad to have some real food nearby finally. Also, they have a series of very cute bear art with stickers you can collect.
