Life is...Pizza — Restaurant in Westminster

Short form: Great place. High value portions of high quality food.

Service/Atmosphere: Clean, friendly, great service. Love the Italian based decor. Communicated with us when one dish would come out later before I would even think about asking (before any food came out) Also, explained where things were for our convenience in case we wanted it (napkins, utensils, etc).

Food: Bruschetta: Amazing. The olive oil on it was delicious. The tomato was well seasoned and the cheese was a good amount without dampening the fresh taste.

Seafood Linguini with Alfredo sauce: Rich creamy sauce with perfectly al dente noodles. The mussels, clams, and shrimp were well cooked (tender shrimp) and plentiful. I can't explain how delicious the sauce is. It really tastes like love and home cooked. It came with bread and a house salad. Bread was warm and tasty. I did not eat the salad as I'm not a fan of lettuce. My partner said the ingredients were very good/fresh and the peppers are tastier than the ones we can get at the grocery store.

Meat stromboli (medium): It's pretty large (we got through 1/4th). It's a whole pizza folded. The filling was amazing and there was so much delicious meat. The thin sliced Italian sausage was my favorite. Also in many Stromboli's, there is more bread than filling. BUT as you can see from the photos, the stromboli is packed. My husband and I have eaten at Life is Pizza twice so far and LOVE it! (Second time was takeout). Life is Pizza has the BEST pizza!!! Best pizza I've had in my life. Best pizza I've had in MD! This is a casual restaurant which seems kid friendly with fair prices and daily specials. Employees are very friendly, big thanks to Elenuar Ruffino. :) The ingredients seem high quality and the pizza is never greasy. No orange grease yay so no heartburn! The sauce has a fine flavor, I taste herbs like basil. It isn't overly garlicky, isn't overly salty. The cheese is rich and delicious. We get the normal pizza which is the NY style thin crust and is absolute perfection! Ingredients were generously and evenly distributed. The menu is large which is a good thing, but so far I can only vouch for the pizza. My sister says the strombolis are awesome too! There were a couple small tables to sit at outdoors. I only wish that this place had curbside pickup to make it safer during the pandemic. I had wanted to bring my dog with me to visit Westminster but couldn't because there was no curbside pickup. Went in there around 1:00 to get two slices of the pizza cheese with pineapple. I asked the lady at the counter. Could you make fresh because the one that they had sitting out looked like it had been sitting there for like days or it was very old so I asked her can you make fresh. She told me no and then some guy came over. He was a baldhead guy he said no we can't make fresh. You're going to take what's on the counter I was like. Well, if a customer is asking you to make pizza fresh, customers are always right. Customer satisfaction would be the appropriate thing here so he said no I'm not making fresh. I said okay that's up to you. You lose business and I go in there quite a lot so the guy continue to run his mouth and I looked at him and I said well you just lost that customer and you're going to get a bad review. He said I don't care....
