So let me say, Joey, the manager at this particular Noodles & Co is one of the BEST. I don’t come to Noodles & Co all the time and when I do, I very rarely encounter a problem. Well, the pasta that I ordered from there dual licious. It’s a small pasta and a small salad. I had a problem with because there just wasn’t enough sauce on the pasta.. I called to express how unhappy I was the little sauce on my pasta and Jon made note of it and when I called tonight to come and pick up my remake Joey, the manager gave me a regular size pasta dish instead of the small and he gave me a rice crispy treat in addition to that he definitely made my night and he’s always present. He’s such a sweetheart. His whole vibe is just filled with so much compassion, caring professionalism. They definitely have the right person for the job and I won’t go to another Noodles & Co unless I’m in another state or something. I will always come to this one. Deserves something extra whether it’s a raise or a mini vacation or a long vacation I don’t know, but you all have gem On your hands and you need to do whatever it takes to keep him. Thank you for being who you are Joey. I appreciate everything...
Read moreI ordered a Mac and cheese with gluten free noodles, grilled chicken, add broccoli, and add montamore cheese which came to $15 before tip with no sides or drinks! When I picked my food up, the team was all standing around chatting and laughing while one male employee was working hard. He was the only one who acknowledged me (from the food line), and made sure I had my food and told me to have a good night. I grabbed my to-go order and headed out. Couldn’t be more disappointed in this dish, not worthy of $7 (that was advertised), let alone $15. They only put 2 pieces of broccoli, they didn’t add the montamore cheese I paid an extra $2 for, they didn’t even put the normal shredded cheddar on top that always comes with this dish, so it was super just a watery sauce that was very bland. The chicken also tasted very suspicious, I don’t know if it was spoiled or sitting out all day, but there were a lot of crunchy weird pieces in the chicken and I could not bring myself to eat it. Worst location I have been to, go to the one on 80th and...
Read moreThis year I had to go gluten free, which has meant giving up a lot of regular foods I once enjoyed. Coming to Noodles & Co, I didn't know how large my options were to swap GF pasta into, as some things (like soy sauce) can't be changed. So walking in, I asked the girl at the front if I could get the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles GF.
She paused, and pulled out their allergen sheet. She then caught a Manager's attention and asked if it would be safe. He went into the back and checked all of the ingredients to see if I would be ok, and gave me the green light. It was so nice to have one of my favorites again, and I'm not hurting from it.
I've had issues with N&C as a chain in the past, but after the great lengths this location went to so their customer would be safe, and the way they took allergens so seriously, I'll definitely be giving them my business no...
