Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Westminster

I have to start by saying that I used to spend about $30 a month here. I came through the drive through and asked for a quarter pound of shrimp with fries as the side. I could barely understand the jamaican on the other side but it was clear that he had rung me up for a meal. Whatever, I'll take it. So I then ask for a sweet tea with no ice when asked what drink and told him that I wanted two cocktail sauces and two Mardi gras mustard sauces. I pull up to the window and I get my drink (with ice) no complaints. I hand him my card, he hands me the bag. As I run through the sauces I see that I'm missing two Mardi gras mustard. I ask him for two more and he says that hes already given me three sauces for free and he will have to charge me for more. Well, I argue with him a bit because I told him what I wanted and didnt recieve it (cost or not I just wanted the darn sauces). So I drove away without the sauces I asked for, ice in my tea, drive twenty five minutes to home and I open the box to see MAYBE an eighth of a pound of shrimp. Hence the reason for this review. Ordered Uber for 3 piece chicken, biscuit, mashed potatoes w/canjun gravy and sweet tea. The Uber lady did her job right. Popeyes did not. The chicken was pale, cold and dried up with absolutely no flavor. And how in the world 🌎 did they get white meat on a wing. Regardless, all that money I paid to get that 3 piece meal including taxes, service fee and a tip cost me $25. Yes the mashed potatoes and sweet tea were good. But the chicken and biscuit most have sat all day. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. I never order out. This was going to be a nice treat for me. And on top of that. I now see all the bad reviews on here from Popeyes. Customers paying their hard earned money 💰 should be given a fantastic meal and treated like royalty 👑 Somebody needs to have their job taken from them. And Popeyes needs to keep firing people until they get the message loud and clear. When we give you our hard earned money 💰 🤑 then we should be given a hot, fresh meal. I went to this Popeyes today and was looking forward to the $5 shrimp box that I had on my app. The whole time I was driving there I kept trying to pay but the app wouldn't let me pay. I entered the restaurant and attempted to have them place the order for me but they said it was only an app offer and I showed him where I was trying to pay on my app but it wouldn't let me. The girls behind the counter had no idea how to enter the order so I said don't you have an override you can do and just do $5 for the Shrimp Box? Their answer was I don't know how. So I asked for the manager and the manager came to me and I showed him the same thing. He said he couldn't help me he couldn't do an override I asked for his boss's number or the corporate number and he said I don't know it. I said are you sure you want to do this and he said I can't do anything. The unfortunate part was everybody there was Hispanic and none of them had a command of the English language. I may never go there again.
