Well had a 50% coupon for oil change and system was only giving 25% . Gentlemen at registration said they hope to have it fixed soon. So if u go today I would call ahead to see if it's fixed otherwise u will only get 25% off its a big deal for me I could go to dealer and have it done cheaper at this point I have a big truck that takes 8 quarts so that is why I went there for the good deal. Now for the positive I pulled in bay immediately and was greeted very well Gentlemen gave me all the info up front no gimmicks. Lights were checked first thing while the other guy was registering me in system. Started checking other fluids immediately than came the issue with coupon. Wow! First time ever going to this establishment, I usually do my own oil changes with my father’s lift but I just haven’t had time and decided to check this place out. Wasn’t sure how it worked so we parked and walked to the office doors and a mechanic saw us and asked what we needed, they explained the process and we just get in line with our car and we stay in the car the whole time. It really only took 15 min, they checked tires and ac and offered other services while Getting oil changed but didn’t make you feel obligated. They filled my wiper fluid too! Website has good coupons and everyone was so professional and efficient. They show proof of what they have done and cleaned up after themselves. I was blown away when I found out I did not have to get out of my vehicle and sit in the building while they worked on it and that's a usual conventional garage that changes oil this place has gone above and beyond to make it very convenient the staff were excellent they treated me like a human being and not an inconvenience they were very knowledgeable and like I said they treated me very kindly and not like an inconvenience and unfortunately a lot of garages act like that.
