This store is really going downhill. I used to shop here every week now it’s more once a month. The store is a mess the shelves are empty but yet there is stock on crate carts with employees pushing them around. When you go down the aisle and there’s employees you notice that YOU are in their way. They do not move over or ask if you need help finding anything. They will also nearly hit you if you don’t watch out with their carts. The lines are stupid long because no one is helping the customers go to open self check out registers and employees are just walking around. Also there’s only two regular registers open, when you do finally get to a register you notice that there’s employees sitting over and standing over at the customer service line 4 to 5 of them just chilling talking. My son asked for help today getting a security tag off an item and he was ignored by three different employees standing at the customer service desk so when I asked louder if someone could help us your blond headed cashier at the service desk by the Starbucks very rudely yelled at us we needed to push a button for help in front of the whole store! I shouldn’t have to push a button to get your employees to work. When I left I stated if your employees were working this wouldn’t have been a problem. I was told they are ALL on break. If employees are on break why are they hanging out at the registers and not in their break room or outside? This store needs new managers or something. You have Christmas in 3 months and it’s going to be a lot harder. Your job is customer service so start taking care of your customers. And retrain your cashiers how to be helpful...
Read moreI usually deal with amazing, kind staff here. Today, was different; I dealt with Tina and Kyle. I tried to return an item purchased by my mom which was damaged in shipping. There was an item missing from the packaging, so they couldn't do the return for the full value my mom paid. This was frustrating (especially since I was juggling two toddlers), but understandable.
Their delivery of that news was teally poor. I worked hard to be amenable and kind, I did not raise my voice, call names, or act rudely. They however, were defensive and passive-aggressive. After a bad interaction with Tina, who repeatedly rolled her eyes at me, I asked to speak to Kyle to discuss my interaction with Tina. Kyle seemed to want to talk instead about the return process; when I tried to bring up how rude Tina had been (which was the original purpose of spealing with him), he kept saying "well, how was she rude?" "Did she really do that?" It was surreal.
I'm sure Tina and Kyle are nice people. Maybe they had a rough morning, or something is up in their lives right now, but I'm really disappointed in their actions. It was so different from my usual interactions with the staff...
Read moreHad the absolute worst experience at this Target. Younger Hispanic guy and “Batman” at self checkout were the most rude and unprofessional employees I’ve ever encountered. Even went to the point of calling Target corporate regarding their negative demeanor and lack of customer respect. Typical depressed, miserable workers that take their own regression out at work in an attempt to feel something inside. The young Hispanic boy loves to verbally assault women and use derogatory language in attempted power trips when approached. Will continuously work with target corporate until light is shed on how horrible these workers are.
Would recommend avoiding this location altogether, but avoid these two employees if it absolutely necessary to go here. I see I am not alone in sharing these opinions.
Hopefully Target will do the right thing and terminate said employees before more customers are harassed and...
