[1/2018]: I came here once recently when I was in town for work and running late. There were no other customers inside, just a few cars going through drive-thru, so everyone was focused on me and very attentive. I had accidentally placed a mobile order to a different store, but they fulfilled my order here for no charge (probably Starbucks policy, but they were nice about it). Everyone was super friendly, and the girl at the front of the counter was super cute and understanding. This is a different crew than when I wrote my earlier review. Probably not being busy at the moment help, but keep up the friendliness!
[10/2016]: 1 star I'd been coming to this Starbucks for years, not necessarily because it's outstanding, but because it's the nearest to my office. Being the only Starbucks near a lot of offices (unlike downtown where you can find several on the same block), it can get pretty busy in the morning, but they're pretty quick.
But the baristas are all new now, and not the same caliber I'm used to. The one who rang me up got my order wrong and didn't give me a discount for bringing in a tumbler. That's okay, it's only 10 cents, I still wanted to use it to save a paper cup. Luckily only 1 person was ahead of me waiting for her coffee, so I'd be out soon. The barista making the drinks even said hello to me and saw me waiting. Next thing I know, she's making drink after drink for people were behind me in line. I thought she could've been confused about which cup was mine, understandable but pretty negligent. That's okay, I wasn't in a hurry. Then some other regular customer of hers came in whom she chatted up for a while. After serving about 6 customers behind me, she finally asked what drink I'm waiting for, at which point I told her what I ordered and I pointed to my venti tumbler and told her that was mine. She smiled and assured me I was next. Was I? Nope, she decided to make her friend's drink first.
Now I go out of my way to pick up coffee elsewhere before coming to the office. Being the only Starbucks in the area (for some distance), it's unfortunate that they'll probably have no shortage of customers while continuing to lack quality service and...
Read moreOne of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to, ever. In the last two weeks they’ve messed up my orders more than 5 times. Last week, two days in a row they forgot to make my food altogether. Two days in a row! The same order! Then this week, two days in a row again, they messed up my orders. One was the wrong siZe and the other was they forgot to add an ingredient and I had to get out of my car and go in because I had used the drivethru because for one, I had dogs, and two I had just come back from a hike and I had taken off my muddy shoes and I had to put on my boots and it was just an ordeal that if it was isolated would be no problem, but because it happens so often and the girl specifically asked me more than once about the left out ingredient just made it more inconvenient. I’m done with this location. I now will go to one farther away, without a drive thru because this one is so horrendous. Shape up, all of you. Because it’s not just one or two people and I just get unlucky and get them every time, it’s SEVERAL of the crew members. They just aren’t paying attention. Ever. Get it together people, I’ve been a barista, I can assure you that although it can get stressful, I don’t come in at peak hours, so it’s just unacceptable because it’s not that hard. Seems to me they all need a crash course in customer service and sales as well as a class in listening and taking orders properly. Because you’re team is SERIOUSLY lacking at this location. I’ll try my luck across the way at the one inside king soopers, hopefully I’ll have...
Read moreThe afternoon crew on November 21st, 2021, was very rude. I went through the drive-thru, and the exchange started out pleasant, until she heard my drink. Which is not an overly complicated drink, it just has extra espresso. If I wanted to be cruel, I would have ordered four frappuccinos for no purpose other than being rude. Thank you, being a former Starbucks barista. That said, being a former barista, I hold stores to a higher standard. Her attitude completely changed when she got my order, she did not speak to me at the window, and she used my stars without permission. I understand that it's holiday, and I understand that stores out here in Colorado do not staff appropriately in the afternoons but don't take that out on your customers, and do not assume that somebody wants to use...
