Ziggi’s Coffee – More Like “Regina’s Café”
I rarely write reviews, but this one deserves a spotlight. Walking into this Ziggi’s location feels less like stepping into a coffee shop and more like crashing the set of Mean Girls. One barista in particular (I’ll let you guess which one—hint: she’s giving serious Regina George energy) seems to run the place like it’s her personal clique, not a business.
Here’s the deal: the service is mediocre at best. You’re lucky to get eye contact, let alone a warm greeting. But heaven forbid you don’t drop a tip for your lukewarm latte or their half-hearted “thanks.” The second you don’t tip, all traces of basic decency vanish. Kindness? Courtesy? Professionalism? All replaced with eye-rolls, snarky glances, and the kind of passive aggression usually reserved for high school hallways.
It’s one thing to provide bad service. It’s another to expect praise and payment for it—and get visibly offended when you don’t deliver. The entitlement is off the charts, and clearly, management is either checked out or afraid to check in. This location is being run by a group of twenty-somethings more focused on their group dynamics and TikTok posts than on, you know, running a coffee shop.

Read moreUpdate: Still horrible. Went today to get something on my way to an appointment. I hadn't been there since my experience below. I had to fast before a procedure this afternoon, so this would have been my last opportunity to eat until dinner. Total was $13.65. I had a reward and $12 in pre-loaded funds on their app and they couldnt figure out how to process it. I didnt have any other forms of payment on me, and instead of offering to give me what they would otherwise be throwing away, they just said "sorry".
I used to love Ziggis, but sadly since they have gone to an app nothing has worked properly. I loaded funds on my app when they first rolled it out, but for 6 months my local Ziggi's couldn't accept payment from the app if it was an android phone. I also lost out on two full coffee rewards on my punch cards because there was an end date to honor those that was not posted. Now, after trying to use my app rewards for the 3rd time they still charge it back to my preloaded funds, even after I indicated that I have rewards to use. Also, now you earn rewards in $4 increments, but you can only use one reward at a time, regardless of how many rewards you have accrued, according to staff. Read moreI was a regular customer and used to go no less than 3 times a week and would pick up at least 3 drinks each time. I accidentally dropped a blender because the condensation on the cup caused it slip out of my hand when I was pulling away from the drive thru. I IMMEDIATELY went back and explained what happened, showed the manager the coffee all over me and my car. She was very rude and quick to point out that it was my fault and they could not replace it per corporate policy. I was shocked at the way I was treated and couldn't believe that I was being attacked. I then an email to the support address and never got a response. That was approx 5 weeks ago.
