Read moreThe service was terrible. It saddens me because we have been there so many other times. Tonight we had a server who did not seem to know the menu. We ordered beef empanadas and spinach fritters and we got a single spinach empanada, no fritters. We ordered a pinwheel sausage and a chorizo, and we just got the pinwheel. We ordered a pitcher of sangria and just got two glasses. We tried to be very understanding and finally just allowed my mom to order, who speaks Spanish fluently. It made no difference. Our entrees were not cooked to the correct temp and came with the wrong sides. The girl who served us was unapologetic about the errors and told us that she was not the chef, shrugged, and walked away. She did not care. Finally the manager came over and when we explained the issues we were met with a defensive attitude. She told us it was not the servers fault that she did not understand what we wanted. Speaking as someone who has worked in the service industry for many years, this experience is unacceptable. Not one person ever even apologized for the numerous issues we experienced. The worst part is, we LOVED this restaurant. After tonight we can...
Read moreWent for new years celebration. Price was $75 per person and supposedly included a three course meal and bottomless champagne. Meal was fine, nothing spectacular but it wasn’t Argentinian food so can’t say much there. We got two glasses of champagne each- TOTAL. So much for “bottomless”, the waiter even made snarky comments like “wow you guys sure are thirsty huh” and “y’all got the cups with a hole at the bottom?” 😭 cheap champagne that was supposed to be bottomless and we still got attitude from the staff for asking for a refill. Food took a long time to come out so we were waiting between courses for about 45’ with no water and no champagne. We did buy some sangria but finished it by the time the appetizer came out lol. We were a party of 5 and they had a policy that tip for a party of 5 is 18% minimum. I think that’s normal for parties of 6 never heard of 5. Total ended being about $110 per person. Can’t say anything for a normal day at the restaurant but would not recommend it...
