Ordered dinner pickup two days ago. The pricey Snapper fish you felt acceptable to serve (see photo) cast such a pungent stench in my car, I felt compelled to rub your spicy onions on myself to distract me from the stink. The short drive from restaurant to home (15 minutes) has left a lingering insolvent-country-fish market aroma, my kids nearly fainted when I drove them to school. Today, I have to take my car to be detailed. Needless to say, the charred specimen you felt was acceptable to be sold and served to your customer was so overcooked and dehydrated, the fish itself BEGGED me out loud to throw it in the trash. I honored its wishes. I am pretty certain this wretched being spent weeks in a freezer before undergoing a couple of rounds in the air fryer until yielding this inedible, tragically mummified creature you deemed acceptable to serve and charge me for. For over a decade, my loyalty has been built on plates like this one. Let's be honest, we don't go to La Granja for the atmosphere; we go for those special dishes that are worth coming back for. The Lomo Saltado for 2 was that dish.
I asked around while I was at the restaurant, and I wasn't the only one who felt this way. Many people were disappointed to learn it was gone. You are pushing longtime customers like me toward competitors like E41 and La Perla.

Read moreI was there last night about 9:45 pm placed our order and while waiting, one of the employees was sweeping the dirt to our face didn't even ask us to please move to another area, then we got our food to go and when we got home the food was terrible the chicken breast was stiff as a board and dry the black beans were watery , maduros were dry also and even though they were closing by 10 we still get charged the same for the dish, if they are going to do such a lousy job with the food just cause they are closing then they shouldn't charge full price, it shouldn't matter at what time you go, the food should always be quality fresh!!!!!!!!!
