Hooters — Restaurant in Weston

We are regular Hooters customers. We went to this Weston location to try someplace new. Beautiful setup inside, but there is no accountability for their employees following the proper guidelines for PPE. Or requiring patrons to wear their mask once they walk in until they sit down. It was June 14 at about 12:45 pm. We sat at the bar, the bartenders were doing their job and were polite. We ordered a pitcher and noticed a waitress bringing out a salad with her mask hanging off her ear while having a conversation with another waitress. She walked around the entire room, breathing all over the food, and brought it to the customer, still with her mask hanging off her ear. Managers walking around with their sleeve masks around their necks and not over their nose and mouth, talking with other customers and associates. Another waitress walking around with her mask around her mouth but not her nose (maybe she didn't want to mess up her makeup, idk). The kitchen staff placing the food on the plates had no masks on. We were really hungry and tried to look past that, until my husband went to use the restroom and noticed the waitress wrapping up the silverware had on no gloves or a mask. Breathing all over the utensils. We decided to close out our drink tab. I saw 2 elderly men walking in with no masks and no one said anything to them. We spoke to the manager, who was not wearing his sleeve mask properly. First thing my husband asked him was, "Don't you think you should be wearing your mask, being the manager and all?" He replied, "Yes. You're right, I do apologize." And placed the mask on. We told him our concerns and told him we wouldn't be back. He then went around telling the employees to wear their masks, which was a good sign. No one is invincible from this covid thing. The place has only been open for 3 weeks and it would suck for them to be closed down by the health department. Hopefully they continue to practice the safety measures. This place only earns 2 stars because of the bartender service and the effort that was made by the manager after he...

What's up Googler's!!!! 😊 I want to tell you about my favorite Hooters spot. I want to tell you if you're ever craving chicken wings you have to get them from Hooters. My top three favorite sauces are the Hot /BBQ and BBQ Chipotle 🍯. This Hooters has to be there most beautiful Hooters restaurant, The location is very nice with a small man-made lake beautiful landscaping around the area. I highly recommend that you order french fries with whatever you are eating, I've said this for many years Hooters has the top 5 french fries in America'' you can never go wrong with their homemade season curly fries with the classic queso cheese sauce dip it just goes perfect together hand-in-hand. I highly recommend the chocolate cake 🥮 too and there nachos with steak or chicken. if you're going in with 2 or more people just order 50 wings and beer and call it a day. The vibs are always right with cool music and there's literally TVs going all the way round the restaurant. Always playing some kind of sport entertainment events what ever is live playing ▶️ . The hospitality it's incredible and nothing but Amazing the GM and management team is very sharp always on top of everything always making sure that the greetings the service and the product up to standards...I'm telling you this is my favorite Hooters.Can I tell you how beautiful and elegant intelligent smart and funny the most incredible woman's that I have ever met in my life"these ladies Are!. I'm telling you these girls are like a pack of lioness"" Nothing is getting in their way, absolutely professionals at their craft. You can go to the front bar grab a table or go to the back outside bar doesn't matter you're going to have a great time. The menu is incredible the service is absolutely incredible bring your family bring the soccer team bring the baseball team bring everybody every one going to have a great time He'll yeah brother!!!. This was our first visit to this location. I believe it is fairly new. We usually visit the West Ft Lauderdale location and only stumbled upon this location as a result of checking the traffic on Google. It is half the distance so we figured we'd try it out.

Our waitress, Alexandra, was wonderful. Very efficient and personable. The back of the house (kitchen) was apparently in the weeds tonight. My son and I ordered a plate of 20 wings and fries to share, my wife ordered a pound of shrimp... nothing complicated! She received her meal within 10-12 mins of ordering, finished her meal, and her place setting was cleared from the table. We continued to wait another 15-20 mins. Our waitress was super apologetic and said the kitchen is really backed up. We did speak to a manager about the long delay and not being able to eat together. He simply said "Oh no... I'm sorry to hear that. I'll check on it for you." At that moment, our waitress finally arrived with our meal and my wife sat there and watched us eat. Our waitress did all she could to make good of a bad situation and was on top of everything else.

All in all, the meal was hot, fresh, and as we expected. For convenience sake, we will likely give them another chance as every place has off moments and everything else...
