Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Weston

If you are in Weston, use another pizza place. I ordered 5 pizzas the day before, on Friday, to have delivered to the soccer field for saturday between 11:45 and noon. This was an end of season party for 13 year old girls. I called at Noon. Was told the order went out with two other orders to be delivered. 15 minutes later, called again, told same thing. Called 10 minutes later they told me that they were waiting for their delivery person to get back to pu my order and deliver. At this point, it was close to one hour late, some of my players had to leave. Marco's calls me 5 minutes later, my order was never even put in. The person who took my order on Friday put 11:45PM, not am. So after 4 lies and this phone call, I had to go back to the kids and parents that were starving and still there that the food is not coming. BAD Management and customer service. What a bad experience with DoorDash system and Marco's Pizza First time trying their food and I really could not enjoy it... The pizza that I ordered was incorrect, I disides to call the business to find out what happened... The result is that I got to talk to the manager and instead of getting an understanding person and make sure customer satisfaction is high.. I found someone that is the opposite... the manager kept pointing to call DoorDash to solve my problem and Doordash asked me to call the store.. I just wanted to enjoy the meal and I could not... The manager was not friendly and lacking accountability. Just for the mear fact that my order was incorrect no one could hekpme understand or make sure that things are correct... I will not recomend this store and I cannot bring myself to order again due to the POOR management skills and lack of accountability to...

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered pizza at 630pm was told on the app that it would be delivered by 730-740pm. At 736pm I called and they said it would be delivered in 10 min, 5 min later they called me back and stated that it was mistake and that it would be another 30min, 2 hours from the original order. Asked to speak to a manager no manager available. I insisted that we get issued a refund. They called a manager on the phone, Nicolas P. Refused to credit me back offered a future store credit. Like I am ever going to order from there again! So if you want an ice cold meal and wait 2 hours for it go for it!

Plenty of other pizza places around Westin that deliver and provide a better customer...
