I’ve been a loyal customer of this business for years, frequenting multiple locations and recommending it often. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing.
I placed a large order for my office and noticed they had a 20% discount coupon clearly advertised online. When I tried to use it at checkout, it wouldn’t apply. I called the location expecting a quick resolution, but instead, the manager was dismissive and unprofessional. I was told my only two options were to “pay full price or cancel the order”—no attempt to honor the discount or even investigate why their own promotion wasn’t working.
This is unacceptable. Advertising a discount online but refusing to honor it is false advertising, plain and simple. It’s frustrating to see a business I’ve supported for so long treat loyal customers this way.
I hope corporate addresses this issue promptly, because experiences like this make me think twice about continuing to do business here—or...

The specialty empanadas were incredible—so many unique flavor combinations, and each one was excellent. My personal favorites were the Blue Cheese and Malbec—such a delicious and unexpected pairing!
What really sets this place apart is the quality. All the empanadas are made fresh on-site—never processed or frozen—and you can taste the difference in every bite. The service was outstanding, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the restaurant itself was spotless.
To top it off, we enjoyed a fantastic latte and a Chocotorta dessert, which was absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to come back soon to try more flavors!...
Read moreEmpanadas are great but went at about 1130am on 10/31/25 and there were almost no empanadas, when I arrived the employee did not greet with the mínimum expected “hello how can I help you” instead he went “did you place an order?” in a rough tone, when I said I wanted to place an order the employee was very rude, almost aggressive, I had to leave because there was no case in going into a discussion with him but he needs to learn some customer service. Very little empanada inventory available at that time...
