I have been getting Easter chocolate bunnies from this place since I was a child and I absolutely love them. 30 years or more every Easter all I ever wanted was solid chocolate bunnies from here. This year, I ordered on their website and decided to get the foil ones instead of the plastic bag ones. Before even trying a bite, I could smell this was cheap knockoff chocolate. I took and a bite and threw them both out- they were terrible and tasted like cheap supermarket chocolate. I found out they outsource these foil bunnies to another company, but do not tell you that when ordering them on THEIR website. They were certainly not cheap, and they were certainly not good. I called and they would not issue me a refund or replace them with their own chocolate. This is super disappointing, seems illegal, and is horrible customer service. Why put someone else's inferior chocolate on your website and not tell consumers. Needless to say, they have lost a lifelong customer, and now a lifelong family of business as my whole family did the same thing and will not be returning. Shame...
Read moreWe found Conrad's 6 years ago when looking online for something unique for our kids' Easter baskets. Since then we have not missed an Easter order, even when I almost screwed up last year and waited till after it was to late to order. After a few back an forth emails the bunnies were shipped to Colorado, saving our kids' Easter as these bunnies are the only thing they care about Easter morning. Can not say enough about that type of customer service which just is not found anymore! In addition to the bunnies, we have added several other items to our orders. Everything we have ordered has been second to none in quality and you will not taste better dark chocolate anywhere. If you are just finding this gem of a chocolate shop for the first time and trying to decide if you should order, stop hesitating and just make sure you order enough to not kick yourself for...
Read moreI love it here! Everyone is genuinely so kind. Even when they’re incredibly busy (which is almost always), they’ve never messed up an order or shown an ounce of attitude. The ice cream is absolutely delicious—rich, creamy, and clearly made with real ingredients.
One of my favorite things is how they always offer my puppy a little whipped cream, even when the line is long. That kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way! And yes, the line may be wrapped around the corner, but it moves quickly—and it’s there for a reason.
The chocolates inside are truly a delicacy, and the shop itself has such charm. The small window/door setup gives it the feel of a classic, old-fashioned ice cream parlor, which I love.
You can truly taste the difference between their homemade ice cream and the artificial flavors used elsewhere. This place is a gem—and without a doubt, my...
