Worst customer service I have had from a place in a very long time. My fiance ordered the dark Christmas blend, which they told us would take 5 minutes because they just stayed brewing it. Which was fine for us. I ordered the caramel Brule decaf latte, which he told me would take 2 minutes for decaf because it was a pour over, I thought it was weird for a latte, but I went with it. I also completed my order with cash back. The guy walked away and didn't complete my order. 3-5 minutes later he began to help another customer when I requested my cash back before he punched in there order. Then he asked if I wanted room left in my cup, we thought he was talking to my fiance. Then we realized he thought I asked for decaf coffee in general. We restated what we ordered and the very nice girl also working began making my drink. The guy helped a few more customers before pouring my fiance the blond Christmas blend that we told him we did not want, then slammed the cup down and walked away. I've had great service from this starbucks before, but this employee was awful. Wish that I had got his name, but I'm sure we are not the first or the last customers that will have a bad experience with him....

I also know that it should not take 10mins to make two iced drinks for a customer who is waiting in your cafe. I watched as 5 online orders that were placed after my order were prioritized for nonexistent customers that weren’t even in the cafe. They were added to a section of the counter that already had at least a dozen drinks waiting for people to come and pick them up. Not sure if the process of making online orders before drinks for people waiting is specific to this restaurant or a larger directive… but that may be my last time visiting this location. Read moreA very clean Starbucks location. However, our drinks took over 15+ minutes to be made on a slow Saturday afternoon. Today, they had a barista training on bar who needed more assistance and was struggling to make drinks. The barista training him was not equipped to be training, as she made drinks incorrectly and wasn't sequencing drinks at all. She also over-filled every drink with ice using incorrect ice scoop sizes. It was concerning that the ice scoop was kept inside the ice bin. As a former shift, I could see why it took so long for a mobile order. This location needs to make sure baristas are trained to make drinks...
