Not worth it! I went in with a friend to get a steak sandwich and what a mistake. Spent almost $60 on a steak sandwich, Tuna salad, Egg and cheese sandwich, a coffee, and a water. There was no meat on the sandwich, not even close to how it looked like in the video from taste Connecticut (their 2nd video where they were told to clean their grill). I asked for my egg over easy and was told it can only be made scrambled at the moment. Spent so much money on just bread. There was a guy belittling one of the employees and borderline yelling at her. I asked the counterperson if there was a manager on so I can speak to and was told yes, it was the owner yelling at the employee. I believe his name was Jon. I couldn't believe it. With someone like that as the owner, no wonder the food was garbage. There was a group by the bar who appeared to be friends with Jon who were laughing at the situation. Word of advice is to go take a management class but then again people with friends who laugh at others getting yelled at usually do whatever they want anyway.

This place has officially lost my business. I like supporting local businesses but I have given this place plenty of chances and it hasn't changed, only keeps getting worse. The prices are outrageous and never consistent. Always overcharge. You need to pay very close attention when they are ringing your order up. The employees never listen and always get my order wrong. The food is never made correctly. Eggs are always gray. They serve cold coffee and then reheat it in the microwave. Coffee taste like plastic. The other day, I ordered 2 coffees with 2 breakfast sandwiches (egg, cheese & ham). They serve their ham, egg, and cheese sandwich with only one extremely thin slice of ham. You can't even taste the ham. Therefore, I asked for 3 additional slices. At checkout, the total came out to $32.70!! That's insane. I asked why is the price so high, that amount does not make sense. The women at the register stated they charged $1.75 per slice of ham now! This place is a ripoff! $32.70 for 2 coffees and 2 breakfast sandwiches is ridiculous! I had enough with their poor customer service, microwavable food and drinks, and...
