I’ve been coming to this Dunkin for a few months now. Their service is sometimes good but usually bad. I typically come in the mornings and have sweet girls that will greet and be so friendly to me in the drive thru. Tonight, I was with a friend and decided to come inside. There were two people there. A young girl and another person. The young girl was making the drinks while the other person took our order. She greeted us but the other person did not care to greet us or look our way. My friend ordered a latte and then ordered munchkins. The person had asked, “What flavor you want” and she said, “2 blue berry and a glaze” they responded “we’re out” we were looking at about 12 of the blueberry munchkins in the back. I said, “you’re out?” “we sold out” without making any eye contact or anything. we didn’t really understand if they were out of all munchkins and didn’t want to sell to us or it was a misunderstanding. I had placed a mobile order with an iced coffee and munchkins. I had ordered the variety and that’s what I received. We took it as a coincidence that they had exactly what I ordered but felt extremely uncomfortable with the service we received. We felt like the person who took our order didn’t care to be at work and was extremely rude to us. Read moreI am currently visiting family in Wetumpka. I have been going to Dunkin'for years. After 4 days in a row at this store, I will now be driving the 30min each way to Starbucks. It is that bad. First day, went inside, the line was out the door. The person at the register wasn't motivated to even move. It took about 20 min to get a bagel and a coffee. The second day, same story. The 3rd day I went through the drive-thru, there were no issues. Annnd the fourth day, today, I am typimg this 25 minutes after I walked into the store, still waiting on a bagel. It took 8 minutes for someone to take our order, there was no line. Just a lot of, we will be with you in a minute. When we pulled up, there were two people in the drive-thru. It was not until another person came in the door that you heard someone say, will you go to the register. Then, when they finally came, they just leaned on the register and sadly pushed the buttons. The person on the headset is rude almost all the time. Work somewhere else if you’re not a morning person. You’re spreading negativity too early in the morning. She’s either rushing or aggravated because she didn’t get what you said. Terrible customer service & she was rude to my mother over the headset this morning while I was otp with her. She needs to learn patience & customer service ASAP, everytime I go it gets worst. Update: I was told her name is Jordan. Management please help Jordan out, because my mother doesn’t even want to take my sister-in-law there after today’s interaction, she was so appalled by her service she didn’t even want to order herself coffee from the establishment. 5/10/23 Update: She’s still rude.
