Subway — Restaurant in Wetumpka

I tried this Subway once again only to find out that they no longer carry honey oat... that’s the best bread on Subway’s menu. It’s a classic.

(Old review) Terrible Subway location. I don’t know who came up with the idea of putting your sandwich in little basket trays with napkins up under the sandwich where the napkins soak up all of the sauces and come apart on your sandwich, but it’s just a bad idea. It doesn’t matter if it’s for here or to go, I want my sandwich wrapped. Also, this was my third bad experience here in 2 months. Once my pizza still had ice in the middle, so they made me a new one and the new pizza had ice in the middle too, so I just ate it anyway because my friends had all finished their food by that time.

Every time I’ve ever been to this location, there have been 4-5 people on the sandwich line and it has taken forever to get my food. This place needs to step up their game or they’re going to lose my business. I’ve never had a bad experience with Titus or...

Well I have to say,, that this subway restaurant is is the best little fast food sandwich restaurants that ive been to an quite a while now... 😉 The location of this subway is spectacular and you've got more than one way in and one way out and plenty of parking... 🙂 There is handicap parking and handicap access and restroom as well... 😊 The atmosphere was fantastic and the employees, well I tell you like this,if I had a business I would love to have them same employees work for me !!... 😃 They had been so nice and helpful and most of all respectful to me and other's whom had been in the subway...😊 And the store was very clean yes and seemed to be be very organized... ☺️ The food was very fresh like I want to say the vegetables were very crispy... Well I could go on and on about this particular Family restaurant but all I got to say is it was wonderful experience and I will be telling others and will be back and I thank y'all so so very much ......

This place is a joke went 2 times because i thought i may have went on an off day. First day I went they were rude and didn't listen to me as I was speaking and they ended up asking me to repeat myself several times. Second time the oven was broke and they did have the bread i wanted but i waited 15 mins already so i took what they had. Finally get up to pay and the cashier asked me if i would like to add a cookie to my order i said that sounds good I would and then without moving said i am sorry we dont have any cookies. Paid and left got back home and opened my sub to fine the top had been burned in the toaster and could not eat it cause the burnt taste was so bad. I ended up haveing to leave my house again throwing tbat sub in the trash and went and got something from anouther merchant will never go there again and told every person i work with and all have the same or worse story. Close that place down until the management can...
