KFC — Restaurant in Weymouth

My fiance and myself have been eating KFC since we were both kids with our families growing up. My favorite has always been famous bowl. But we've come to find out at this location ... we always get bad customer service here, and never get what we ask for. The employees never sound happy to help you or that they are at work. We wanted to get two new $3 famous bowls. He wanted to try the New Spicy and I always get the regular famous bowl because it's my favorite thing at KFC. Well needless to say this was our last time getting food from their. We ordered one regular famous bowl and one spicy famous bowl at the drive thru today. We we're the only ones in the drive thru...we pull up to the window and the girl opens the window and says "So what did you order?"... We re-tell her what we want after JUST ordering from the drive thru two seconds before that. She puts in our order in the computer, then tells us to pull up because the bowls are going to take awhile to make. She finally comes to the car and just hands us the bag and walks away. When we went to eat them they were both regular famous bowls? We only ordered two items, and it was still wrong somehow. So again needless to say we will not be returning to this location as their are others a bit farther but are well worth the drive for better customer service and...

Went to the KFC in Weymouth and went inside not the drive thru and the person taking the order seemed to be in a rush, any time we asked for something they said they couldn’t do it we wanted to upgrade our small mac and cheese to a large and we were told no so we said whatever and just got another side order. we ordered a famous bowl meal (i believe a #33) and a sandwich combo (#19) once we got our food I checked it and the sandwhich was missing and the guy looked at me like i had 10 heads. we finally got our sandwich and left. once we got home and started eating my boyfriend realized his sandwhich was a original and not the honey mustard like he ordered and i realized that the cookie that was suppose to be with the famous bowl was also not in our bag. Needless to say they were not busy and could still care less about getting the customer orders rights. I am not one to complain about food when we order out but when the customer service stinks and the food is messed up of course I will...

Finger licking good, that’s what it is, yummy yummy for my tummy ! I ordered for lunch a two piece crispy chicken with a mashed potato and gravy and a biscuit, chicken was fresh and tender and juicy, The mashed potatoes and gravy also and the biscuit fresh warm and yummy . The restaurant was immaculately clean the cooking area was also very very clean it’s been a long time that I have found Kentucky fried chicken be the way it supposed to be , like the Weymouth store be an example in the way it supposed to be ,thank you all for your kindness and friendliness , I must mention one more thing they do not speak a language that is not understood by all , they have that respect for the customers there are places I have gone people chattering away the workers with languages not understood by others making customers feel uncomfortable but not this place .
