Phoenicia Mediterranean Foods — Restaurant in Weymouth

I recently spent a week in town and discovered this gem of a restaurant. I had a wonderful experience. The food feels like it's made with the care and warmth of home, bringing back memories of meals prepared by my Grandmother. The homemade dishes are full of flavor and comfort, making it a truly special dining experience.

The grape leaves are absolutely my favorite—I couldn’t resist ordering a second serving! For the main course, I had the beef kabob, while my wife enjoyed the chicken pocket. Both the meat and chicken were incredibly tender and juicy, cooked to perfection. And we couldn’t resist finishing with the Kunafa—simply heavenly!

Their shop also offers a variety of items that bring back memories of home. I only wish we could take them with us! This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone in the area.

The only downside is that I don’t live in Weymouth, so I can't visit as often...

The grocery section has a great selection of foods, from staples to imported delicacies, and is sure to meet your culinary desires if you have an interest in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine or simply want a taste of the culture. Although I'm not an authority on the subject, the food seems to be authentic and homemade. The atmosphere, too, is very down-to-earth and the staff are warm and welcoming. Out back, behind the grocery section, there is a restaurant featuring all of the classic dishes you would expect along with options you don't see every day. Nested in a shopping plaza right off a fairly busy route 18 in South Weymouth, Phoenicia is a welcomed addition to the area providing a wide variety of specialty products from the Lebanese and Mediterranean part of the world.
