Dolly’s — Local services in Weymouth

Owner was not wearing a mask when she rang out customers. I confronted her about it and she said “Oh no, not when there is like 1 or 2 customers in the back and I’m up here so it’s easier.” SO IT’S EASIER. UM WHAT. this is exactly why we do not have control of this virus. Wish I could give negative stars.

This is in response to the owner’s response of my review: I did write what you said to me, maybe not verbatim but that’s what it was. I walked in when you were ringing up customers and you had no mask on. I went in the back area and you came back there with no mask on. I came back up front and did try to have a conversation with you stood there talking to me with no mask on...Just because you have access to masks does not change the fact that you did not have one on the entire 20 or so minutes I was in your store.

...The 2 customers at the register when I entered were both female and even if they were your family members does not negate the fact that I am not your family member and you did not have a mask on in my presence....

I love this store!! Dolly has gone out of her way to make shopping here such a wonderful experience. All the of the staff are so helpful, friendly, they love to help you shop and put things together. I was there this past weekend for the first time in a while and I can say, Dolly has if anything gone out her way to ensure everyone's safety. Hand sanitizer was everywhere, mask were available to purchase or if you just needed one because you forgot yours she has them, there was also a limited amount of customers allowed in at one time. While I was looking around Dolly was up front allowing me to just check out the store, while checking on me off and on, every time she had her mask on and kept her distance when she wasn't helping me. I encourage everyone to check out Dolly's Boutique, if you can't get there she also has on-line shopping, wonderful Wednesday online events, even though she can't have people in the store for them she still has charity...

I want to give a HUGE SHOUT-OUT to Dolly Hardy at Simple Treasures. I met Dolly over 7 years ago when she opened her first boutique! It didn’t take long for us to become great friends! Her boutique is gorgeous and it’s my favorite place to shop! Dolly has been so giving to my Alzheimers Team, Carol’s Crew! I’ve had many wonderful fundraisers at the boutique including the online fundraiser last night! Dolly is a wonderful addition to Jackson Square. Her boutique is impeccable, clean, friendly, welcoming place to shop! 💜...
