Kathy is really wonderful with dealing with issues but beware of doordash the driver will lie and say that they tried to contact you when they didn't and sadly I was given the wrong order because they were out of what I ordered however like I said Kathy was absolutely wonderful and dealing with the issue and I will return solely because of her caring customer service. Well... and the fact that I'm addicted to the banana cream pie cookie!!!😋🤤🍌🍮🍪👩🏻‍🍳 But honestly I get this as a weekly treat for my family and they are ALWAYS wonderful today just happened to be a lil hiccup because it was near closing and they didn't have the banana cream pie cookies however they DID send 6 cookies when I only ordered 3 so I would say they more than compensated for the inconvenience. Picked up the tres leches cake for dessert and ended up with violent and severe food poisoning. After eating only half of this dessert, I was throwing up and had stabbing pain for hours amongst other things. It got so bad to the point where I was pale, going to pass out, and extremely dehydrated. I thought I would have to go Urgent Care. I truly cannot describe the pain I was in. While I know you can get sick from several things and normally I would not leave a review like this on a store, but my partner took one bite of the dessert as well and had the exact same reaction. Probably the worst location I’ve ever been to. My mom has gotten me cookies from here multiple times and they all are so terrible. Today I finally told her please just don’t bring me something from there again. My wedding cake cookie didn’t even look the same color as the picture or reviews online. And the cookies from here are so small in width but then so thick compared to other crumbl locations like they don’t know how to shape or stretch the dough...
