Welcome to Dolce Sicilian Italian Bakery, where the flavors of Italy collide in a symphony of doughy goodness and mouthwatering delights! This little gem of a bakery will transport you straight to the cobblestone streets of Sicily, where the aroma of freshly baked treats and the sizzle of authentic pizza fills the air.
Let's start with the pizza, shall we? Dolce Sicilian knows how to create a true slice of paradise. The crust is like… should have been a little crispier (lost a star here), yet delightfully chewy on the inside, just like Nonna used to make (I don’t have a Nonna but I’m creating a feel here). The toppings are an homage to Sicilian heritage, with vibrant tomatoes, flavorful herbs, and a generous helping of melty cheese. Each bite is like a Mediterranean vacation for your taste buds, leaving you longing for more. Just a word of warning: their pizza is so good that you might find yourself daydreaming about it during the most unexpected moments. Trust me, I've been caught drooling in the office more than once!
But Dolce Sicilian doesn't stop at pizza alone. Their bakery selection is a sugary wonderland that would make Willy Wonka blush. From fluffy cannoli to delicate sfogliatelle, their pastries are pure perfection. Every bite is a journey into sweet ecstasy, with flavors that dance on your tongue like a joyful tarantella. It's impossible to resist their temptations, so be prepared to leave with a box full of pastries that will make your friends and family green with envy.
The atmosphere at Dolce Sicilian is cozy and welcoming, with a touch of Italian charm. The staff is as warm as a Sicilian summer, always ready with a smile and a friendly "Ciao!" However, due to its popularity, the bakery can get a bit crowded, especially during peak hours. But hey, good things are worth waiting for, right? So be patient, grab a cup of espresso, and watch the bakers work their magic while you anticipate the gastronomic wonders to come.
In conclusion, Dolce Sicilian Italian Bakery is a little slice of Sicilian heaven right in your neighborhood. Whether you're a pizza enthusiast or have a sweet tooth that demands satisfaction, this place will leave you in a state of pure bliss. Just be prepared to unleash your inner "mangia-mangia" spirit and surrender to the irresistible allure of their pizza and pastries. Dolce Sicilian will steal a piece of your heart and make your taste buds sing with joy!

I grew up in North Denver's Little ITALY. I was educated by the Masters of the art of Italian gastronomy. My Sweet & Fiery Grandma Alice, the Carbone family, and others in the area all gave me wonderful experiences in food. They knew how to cook it and defiantly knew how to eat it. Pure and real ingredients, not artificial junk. There is no substitute for REAL BUTTER! So I am very confident I'm in the know! I have traveled all over Colorado seeking out the true Italian foods of yesteryears. To sadly say that there are not many places that make the mark. However, I am very excited to announce that I have discovered an authentic Artisan in Italian gastronomy. DOLCE SICILIA The menu is quite extensive with just about every beautiful authentic Italian pastry available daily. Sfogliatella, Lobster tails, tiramisu, wedding cookies, cannolis, zeppole, panettone, just to name a few, but the list goes on. They also serve lunch and dinner items. So many to list. Those are my favorite. At the Holidays they make all the specialties that were served during the old-time festivities. By the way, don't worry too much about the calories. All the dancing will burn those calories off.

Read moreI am not from CO, so I didn’t know where to go for a REALLY GOOD AUTHENTIC ITALIAN LOAF of bread! I so happy that I was able to find Dolce Sicilia Italian Bakery because their bread is absolutely incredible! I ordered the caprese focaccia, two pastries, a cup of coffee, and a loaf of ciabatta bread! The focaccia was nothing less than exquisite! It was a pretty big size too! (6” by 6”) It had fresh mozzarella and baby tomatoes with a touch of basil that smelled like it was picked from a garden this morning! I couldn’t help but big in before taking some photos! All the staff were so friendly including a very nice young woman from southern Italy that had such a beautiful accent! My grandmother is Italian so believe me when I say there is a difference between Americans and Italians making bread! Americans can make some pretty yummy dishes but leave it to the Europeans to make high quality breads! My overall experience was stellar! There are only two things that I would critique. One is that the FREE water dispenser was not full, however it was quickly refilled soon after I asked! I love that they have the water dispenser because it really gives an “I care about my customers” vibe. The second would be the air conditioning. It is a little bit hot in here, however, I can’t give them hell for it because it’s mostly likely because of the ovens making FRESH BREAD!!! 11/10...
