Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Wheat Ridge

This was the worst service ever from a pizza place. This is my last time eating Dominos Pizza ESPECIALLY FROM THIS PLACE!!! First the order they brought me was completely wrong except one item and it was far less value for what I was being charged. The driver didn’t give me a receipt just asked how much of a tip then drove off. I called and a young lady put me on hold for 3 min before returning to the phone (without manager as requested) asking what was wrong exactly with the order. When I started telling her she hung up on me. I went in there to get my order corrected (mind you I’ve been dealing with a sick kiddo all day) when I got there the girl Alexis got a bit of an attitude about the phone hang up. She was like you weren’t talking so I hung up. Then this same employee started sweeping the floor, she went in aimless circles for a min then set the broom down and picked up a piece of pizza dough and rolled it out for use. As soon as she was done with a few balls of dough she picked up the broom again and kept sweeping. I said something to the on shift manager (who doesn’t know what he’s doing) about him needing to notify his employees that they need to wash hands before ANY food prep and gloves really should be worn but ESPECIALLY THAT GIRL SWEEPING THE FLOOR THEN TOUCHING FOOD PRODUCT TO BE SERVED. He said something to her and her snide remark was “Really?!?” There was a call that was put on hold and no one answered it for 20 min. Then the phone kept ringing and ringing with no answer. Some girl with dark long messy hair was picking her ears then went to restock the topping counter. Another employee was making himself personal food had just come back from running deliveries did not wash his hands at all and went and touched all the food products in the toppings counter. I will be notifying the health department. Our pizza was not cut properly see pictures below. The brownie cookie thing was burnt and the dough on the pasta bread bowl was not cooked all the way nor was the pasta. GM of this establishment really needs to have an a valuation of who is employees are and if they’re going to follow the health rules for working in the food industry. I’ve done management from pee-on to GM and I’ll tell you something if I was the GM of this store I would be ashamed of the way things were running there tonight. I can’t even eat this it’s...

Absolutely amazing service. The young man Tristan that was helping me was all alone, was very attentive and welcoming and we chatted while he was sitting there making pizza. The restaurant was very clean like he seemed to be the only person there with one driver and he was absolutely knocking it out of the ballpark like he was wonderful on every level. His driver was friendly. They were very appentative to everybody that came in. Nobody waited. It was very very pleasant. I sat there for like 35 minutes waiting for him to make my pizzas and it was it was a very welcoming atmosphere. Absolutely! Please more people like this guy make this such a pleasant experience. I hope you guys take customer feedback into account like this. Young man was absolutely amazing. All in all if I had to give him a 10 out of 10 I give him a hundred out of a 10. He was absolutely mean professional, friendly, courteous, helpful, and his restaurant atmosphere was very blessed. Pleasant. If you guys can give him a raise you should give this young man a raise. WORST experience EVER! do NOT recommend. I placed an online order @ 10:08 pm, I was tracking my order for a good 30 min before i arrived to the location.( long drive) Once i got there the male employee told me my order would be out just in a few minutes even tho they had a good 30 min to make ONE single pizza. I wasn’t ugly about the situation so i still decided to wait in my car a bit longer. After waiting for a good 10 min i went back in READY to pick up the pizza and the man just tells me it’ll be out ina few. I ended up canceling my order because why does it take you almost an hour to make one single pizza on a dead night? There was 0 customers out in the parking lot! i really would love to know what the employees spend their time doing? 50 minutes for a pizza is ridiculous. Would not recommend ever. Choose a different location if you want better service honestly! Employees just laugh in your face and go back to doing nothing. I guess they get paid to stand around all night and look at the orders coming in. Must be nice to work and get paid to do nothing!! :)if i could i wouldnt even leave this location a one star!
