First off, This Management needs to be replaced!!!!! I placed the order in the app, I used my points plus credit card to pay for my order, the order said it was being made so I proceeded to the restaurant, I get to the restaurant sit in the designated parking spot, a lady(Management)comes out and says we are closed, I explained to her I had placed a mobile order and it said that it was being made, she explained to me that there wasn't any power in the building, I said then how come all the lights are on in the Drive-Thru and the inside. She said we're closed! I said what about my order! She said that's not my problem! I said well then how do I get my food! She said I don't know we're closed like I said! I said well then I want to refund and all my points and cash back she said well I can't help you like I said we're closed! She said I need to go to the app and cancel! I said I tried and it says I can't because it has already been processed. I said well that's not cool. She said what did you say I said that's not cool! She said well you can always go somewhere else I said I guess I have too, she said yeah smart ass don't come back here! I said I'm sorry I won't. I got back on the app trying to get in contact with someone else to help me but while trying to send the information about my situation the contact website couldn't be reached! Not good! Myself and my family have been in the restaurant business for over 60 years in the Colorado area and customer service is what has kept us there! This person doesn't deserve to be working for a company such as McDonald's she would definitely never work for me I want my money back...
Read moreBeen here for a few days due to a back ordered part on vehicle. Couldn't be more amazed at the hospitality of the whole complex. I think having to pay for using the bathroom is a little ridiculous. I mean selling over a billion burgers a day as they claim McDonald's would rather turn down potential business because of a "call of nature". My question is if a person desperately has to use the bathroom, the human body can only hold so much waste then it has to release it. As a business owner I'd rather have the issue of finding a potential " not bathroom user" in the restrooms than have to pick up someone's body waste off the front door or doorstep. I honestly think that ( if you haven't already had a previously bad reputation for using the bathroom other than...) it is just as inhumane to deny a restroom to an obviously bowel issued person as it is to deny a glass of water. Maybe when enough poop filled ppl get denied bathroom use and end up releasing on the front door because of mussel control issues then McDonald's will look at there ridiculous " let's make another dollar" standards. BATHROOMS ARE A HUMAN RIGHT NOT A PRIVILEGE. PICKING UP EXCREMENTS FROM THE FRONT DOOR WAY IS NOT A PRIVILEGE, ITS A DUTY THAT COULD BE AVOIDED WITH A LITTLE HUMAN DECENCY. Other than that issue this is one of the better shopping complexes I've had the unfortunate situation of breaking down in. Security was top notch and very professional. Need more places like this ( except the...
Read moreThis was the nastiest place I've ever been to eat in my whole life and Im 35. The food came to use burnt, not just the fries but all the food an we ordered 2 big Mac meals a 10 piece nugget an 2 nugget kids meals an everything was burnt and where you get your drinks there was soda spilled everywhere no napkins no straws no ketchup and when we asked for those missing items we didn't get any help for almost 5 minutes. All the tables were filthy folks were cleaning there own tables we sat in the kids play area and my wife had to clean off our table and after we sat down and found out our food was unedable we tried to ask for new food and was told they could not replace our whole order so we asked for a refund and was told they could not give us a refund but told us we can leave our names and come back anytime for the exact same thing we ordered... We'll never be back to this McDonald's off 39th and Wandsworth. Y'all got a lot of changing to do for your customers. My wife seen the cashier with blue hair wipe he's nose with his work hat put it back on and went right back to working without washing hands and non, ZERO employee's had gloves on while handling food. So much cross contamination it's so disgusting to know folks eat here with zero clue to what's really happening. Good rule of thumb when eating out is before eating or ordering food go to the bathroom and see if it's clean or dirty and thats how they manage...
