Overall extremely happy with the food, the burnt ends were on point, nice and tender and fatty and weren't dried out The hot links were also decent but could have been a little spicier. I realize the need to cater to everyone, so this isn't an issue. The biggest disappointment was the brisket. While the flavor and tenderness were there, it was a bit dried out. From a crust and smoke ring perspective, the brisket was a 5/5 stars. The rub on the brisket had a good flavor and was not overpowering. You could taste the smoke the rub without losing the flavor of the meat. Nothing on the side choices really called to me, so I kept with the basics fries and potato salad. The brisket rub on the fries was a good touch and gave an insight into the flavor profile of the brisket. Potato salad, while delicious, was like many potato salad sides I have had. The star of the show beyond the burnt ends was the green chili BBQ sauce, this was one of the best sauces I have tasted in recent memory, had spiciness, slight green chili flavor and just a hint of sweet. I tried all of the sauces except the white BBQ sauce. The mustard sauces were wonderful. The spicy sauce was good but was put to shame by the green chili sauce. Overall, Rolling Smoke is great BBQ and miles above most places. I would definitely recommend it to people looking for a good BBQ meal. 61 dollars for 2 people, including tip, was a bit high. Not much you do? Everything is expensive.

MUST eat, drink, listen to music, and hang out at Rolling Smoke BBQ! All about this place is on point. And everything we ordered on the menu was NEXT LEVEL (yes, I just started a sentence with and ;-).

Exceptional customer service from the team especially from Aaron. Meat plate with two sides plus a drink ($26 after tip) Pulled pork - tender and not super fry, pairs well with the bbq sauce (they have several options) flavor profile is mild, I was wishing for some more kick behind the seasoning. 3.5/5 Fries - really good and I love whatever house rub they use for them. They are shoestring but cooked well and not too crispy 4/5 Baked beans - nice flavor and they add in meat, it is a bit weird texture wise as it seems to have cheesy profile and pull. I don’t hate them but I don’t know if I would get them next time. 3/5 Slaw - has a weird undertone flavor I can’t quite place. Not my favorite but I am also not wanting to toss it in the trash 2.5/5 Cornbread - he was so sweet to give me a free slice. It isn’t bad at all, has a sweet and salty mix of flavor. Not the best I have had but definitely not terrible! 3.5/5 Sweet tea - very good, usually it either tastes sour or is barely sweet but this one is just right.

If you're on the hunt for the ultimate BBQ experience, look no further than Rolling Smoke. This place is a true gem that delivers a mouthwatering feast from the moment you step through the door. The aroma of slow-cooked meats, seasoned to perfection, immediately welcomes you, promising an unforgettable meal.

The star of the show is undoubtedly their burnt ends. Smokey's slow-smokes it for hours, achieving a tender, juicy masterpiece with a perfect smoky flavor and a beautiful bark. It's melt-in-your-mouth good, paired perfectly with their homemade BBQ sauce that strikes the ideal balance between sweet, tangy, and spicy.

But don't stop there. Their ribs are fall-off-the-bone delicious, with a rich, smoky taste that speaks to their mastery of the craft. The pulled pork is equally impressive, offering a succulent, savory bite that leaves you craving more.

The sides at Smokey's BBQ Haven are not to be overlooked. The mac and cheese is creamy and decadent, the coleslaw is crisp and refreshing, and the baked beans are packed with smoky, savory goodness. Each side complements the main dishes perfectly, rounding out a truly satisfying meal.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure your dining experience is top-notch. Whether you're a BBQ connoisseur or a first-time visitor, you'll feel right at home in this cozy, laid-back spot.

In a world full of BBQ joints, Rolling smoke stands out as a beacon of excellence. Every bite is a testament to their dedication to quality and flavor. If you haven't visited yet, make it a priority—you won't be...

No service, whatsoever, no one even said hello when we walked in. We weren't sure if we were supposed to wait to be seated or just seat ourselves, so I just grabbed a menu and found an open table. 10 minutes, then 15... still no one talked to us. Got up to order food at the counter, rude service. No hello or thank you from the guy. Food was flavorless, couldn't taste any smoke flavor on the pulled pork or on the sausage. Their coleslaw was just blah. Potato salad was clearly from Costco. Just overall really bad. There wasn't even the aroma of smoke in the place. Their sauces absolutely are not homemade. Poor selection of drinks as well; unless you like fruity or ipa beers. No actual beer flavored beer there. My wife and I wasted $40.00 on a pulled pork sandwich with fries that were soggy, undercooked and less than an inch long(we had to use forks to eat them) and a sausage sandwich with a very small scoop of Costco potato salad. Will not be going back. They're flavorless and overpriced. Hell, even the Mo's bbq that used to be on Broadway was better than these guys. How do you have a bbq/smoke pit restaurant without any smoke aroma or flavor?!? Highly suggest that you go elsewhere...
