Adobo Food Truck — Local services in Wheat Ridge

Extremely poor service and system. I would not return because they are jeopardizing everyone's health. They do not use a pager system or a text message to alert you to the fact that your food is ready. They expect that you stand in a small crowded area while they yell out your name. Very very poor service clearly the kitchen was completely failing. Unbelievable that you would not utilize a pager or text message system during a pandemic shows very poor judgment.

Very sad that the owner does not take any responsibility for their extremely poor performance. The response is a flat out lie. I hope they are using a pager system now because they certainly were not texting or paging on the night we were there amongst many other frustrated and angry patrons. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Trash food and exceptionally bad customer service. I can't say it strongly enough, eat ANYWHERE ELSE. Just look at the responses to some of the reviews here. It's astonishing how much some in business really don't get it. People want fresh, quality food and a positive, friendly environment, not frozen, cheap slop churned out in the cheapest possible manner.

Chef was smoking a cigarette when my bf and I walked in, bartender wasn’t focused on new customers and neither was the host. I had to go up to the host and ask if there was any dining in and he wasn’t sure and led me to the bartender who was still in a conversation. It was just poor service and not considerate of customers at all. Open seating was fine but to have to order online only and go to a small area with a pickup window was unsanitary and seemed misorganized. A pager system or having a waitress bring out the food to the designated table would’ve worked, this can be done by easily numbering the tables. Wasn’t worth it, menu seemed super small also.
