Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Wheat Ridge

I always have my Yeti cup with me. I make my coffee at home and take it with me. If I need more coffee later in the day, I’ll take my cup with me to the coffee shop. Nothing wrong with saving a cup… Most places get this. Even Starbuck’s gives you 10 cents off when you use your own cup. More and more places seem to be abandoning these efforts. I went to Ziggy’s for the first timed today because my dentist’s office gave me a gift card. When I walked up with my cup, I specifically asked if I could use my own cup. Put the topper on your drinks before you give it to the customers and have toppers that actually stop the liquid. 3 times now I have bought drinks from various stores for my self and other people. Every time I am alone when I do. Not once were the toppers on. So I did it myself. 3 times now I have had to clean my truck because the toppers don’t actually stop the liquid. It’s not worth the hassle, I won’t go to Ziggis anymore because of that reason alone.

My second complaint is about the food. I have been to six different locations and I never receive hot food, even if I ask them to warm it up more. It’s always Luke...

We always have a good experience here. The staff have been helpful in figuring out my continued unfamiliarity with the menu, so it's easy to say "I want a cold drink that has chocolate and hazelnut." I don't have to know what to call it.

My wife loves (I mean LOVES) the white chocolate peanut butter mocha. They use real peanut butter here rather than a flavored syrup. It tastes like a white chocolate Butterfinger.
