We have ordered here for a while because the pizza is delicious, but recently placed a large order (9 pizzas) for a party. The experience with this large order was so fabulous I need to post this review.
I called the day before my event to place my order. The team member I spoke with was so polite and helpful. I felt bad about placing an order for an 11:30am pickup knowing they only open at 11, but they assured me it was no problem. We also had a child at our party with a severe tree nut allergy and they were able to accommodate that with no problem. They cooked all of the pizzas in a separate oven in addition to other precautions to keep people safe.
The next morning, I arrived at 11:29 and the order was hot, fresh, and ready to go! I can’t tell you how much of a relief that was to have everything ready on time. We had a house full of people and this saved so much stress. The morning staff was obviously busy, but was still super polite and fun to chat with.
The pizzas were a huge hit! The 25 kids in attendance gobbled up the pepperoni and cheese pizzas while the adults loved the veggie and sausage pizzas. We even had a gluten free pie for a gluten sensitive attendee. All of the preparations to avoid allergy concerns paid off! THANK...

I ordered $59 worth of pizza from hour Wheaton location and the restaurant refused to deliver my order, because I didn’t designate a tip with my order. Almost 3 hours after my order was placed, I called to check status of my order. I spoke with an extremely rude manager named Glenn who basically told me they will not deliver to me as I don’t tip, however my card had been charged for my order. It had not been made, and I was told if I want to have my order, I will need to come and pick it up. When I asked what happens to my delivery charge that was already paid for, and asking questions on where my money went if my order was ‘cancelled’ he wouldn’t give me clear answers. Continued to proceed and tell me he doesn’t care what I do, as I won’t get my order because I don’t tip. I finally drove to the location, and my order still had not been prepared!!!! So finally 3 hours or so after placing my order it was receiving after waiting an additional 20-30 Minutes for it to be prepared. Since when is a customer obligated to tip to receive their order??? Read moreI placed a simple order on Friday night via phone for a pick-up at the Wheaton store and the told me 30-35 minutes, which was fine. I arrived at the store at the 35 minute mark (parking is terrible) and paid my order at the counter just inside the front door (really no place to wait). The woman who cashed me out said she would check to see if it was ready. She went into the back and when she came out, she had someone else’s order, not mine. She went back to the kitchen many times during the next 10 minutes, coming out with other orders. A young man came to the desk area, so I asked him to check on my order, which he did, but when he came back he said that they had not even started my pizza! (a 16” fabulous four) It finally came out at the 70 minute from my order call time. Really poor. I asked others who were waiting, when and how the ordered? And had a variety of answers from phone and online orders and many were well after the time of my order - they all were long gone before my pizza came out. Overall a pretty poor experience.
