This place is a complete joke. Avoid at all cost. I used to take my family here at least once a week spending about $200 every visit. We will no longer waste anymore time or money at this bowling ally. Last time I was in there I open a tab with my credit/debit card, which once I hand it to this person they are now responsible for my card. I have 4 kids, so obviously when I am leaving and putting on jackets, masksb etc on 4 children i forget my card. The following day I decide to take my family there again to get my card and not make it a waste of time decide to bowl and eat as well. To come to find out that this unorganized company gave my card to somebody else without checking their ID to make sure it was the correct person. But this is not their problem, they already charged the card for the tab so it does not effect them. The next day I waste more time with this company calling to see if the other person returned my card. The person that answered the phone says I Don t know anything you need to call back tonight and speak to the manager that says its out of our hands. So I say thank you and hang up, then this child calls me back to say before you hung up i was going to ask for your number so I could call you if your card is returned........ Really? You called back my phone number to try and create more of a problem? I can promise you that is the last thing that is needed. So now I cancelled my card and all charges to only have to wait 10 days for a new card. This company is ran horribly, for them to say that this is not their problem after they give my card to the wrong person. If they want to hold onto people's credit/debt card then they should actual be equipped and organized enough to not have this issue. I run a company, there is no need to hold people's cards. Swipe it and leave it open. If they don't come back to pay to run the card that is already in...

I’ll preface this review with saying that my family and myself have been coming to this alley for a long time. It was always very nice and the staff have always been very polite and friendly, especially Jim and Sam. Lately though the quality of bowling experience has been on the decline. The scoring has become very inaccurate and the system is very outdated. Surrounding alleys have started beating their prices as well, which used to be a highlight. The straw that broke this camels back though was the pro shop. I had a ball drilled here a few months ago and it was a pleasant experience. My wife brought my new ball in today and had specific instructions on how I wanted it drilled. I sent her with an image (below) with the places where I wanted it drilled drawn in, and wanted my measurements that they had on file used from there. I got this new ball because I was in the market and really liked the re-release of this classic ball with the original company logo. My instructions were to drill it “pin up”, but below the logo as I wanted it intact. It was stressed not to drill out the logo and as you can see below, that was ignored. It irks me that the simple instruction could not be accommodated, and when asked about it, she was met with the response “well you said pin-up” as if that was the only thing heard. This will likely be the last time I deal with the pro shop and possibly the last time I do business in this...

A lane was broken as shown in the video. The pins kept getting reset. At least 3 times. As any competitive family, it's not the same when scores are not accurate.

We told the front desk within 20-25 minutes of our first game, starting our round 6 (looked at my video timestamp). All they did was move us over to the next lane, but kept the F'd up scores.... Which didn't really help the fact we were playing with made up numbers at that point.

The lane they moved is to was not broken but because we wanted at least one game to be accurate, I asked if we could get a little more time to complete the second game. We only ended up needing 25 more minutes.

The manager seemed to be giving me a hard time and kept asking if I was looking for a free game. I was not. I just wanted to have a normal bowling session without errors created from a broken machine.

Mind you it was a League day and there's no way in hell a league would let that fly and would ask for the game to be moved AND restarted .

I felt that my simple request was not simple in their eyes and felt unwelcomed. I was actually excited to see hints of a blacklight themed setting for events I can bring my friends to, but now I'm not so sure I want to come back

Used to come here when I...

I had a terrible experience at this bowling center. I came with a friend and politely asked the receptionist (Kevin) about the pricing. He said it’s $15 per person plus $5 for shoes. When I asked why some people were playing with their own shoes, he suddenly became rude and said he wouldn’t let me bowl, even after I offered to pay for the shoes. When I asked for the manager (Tony), he handled the situation in the worst way possible — laughing, interrupting, and yelling instead of listening. His attitude was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Honestly, Tony’s behavior made me question how someone so unfit for even the most basic customer-service role could be managing this place. The way both staff members treated me made me feel singled out and possibly discriminated against. No customer should ever be treated that way for asking a simple question. This place seriously needs better management and staff training in professionalism and respect.
