Me and a friend hadn't played MAGIC: "The Gathering" in nearly 20 years. We had decided for a Saturday night we'd try to get some starter decks to re-acclimate ourselves and get to play again. We visited Graham Cracker Comics and the associate (I wish I had his name, bald guy with a goatee) was more than accommodating, in that he not only showed us what would help us get started again, but had the knowledge to explain to us how the newer version worked. So I can catch a glance or just legit stare at him from the kids section. He's always immersed in his work to really notice. Rick could be either too humble to acknowledge my laser focus or simply uncomfortable. IDK. He's dreamy. The store itself is fine. Cozy and well spaced out. I've been coming here since I was a child (before Handsome Rick managed it)- using the elevator or climbing those sturdy steps always brings...
