Taco Bell’s food is always good and every at bell I go to they’re consistently respectful and cordial but I don’t know what was wrong with the vibes here today but it’s not cool to have literally zero patience with a customer just because they asked for a couple minutes to figure out what to order, forgot what they liked it only available on the app, took literally less than 2 minutes total just to be asked to go around to the back of the line that suddenly pulled up literally right after I did is not acceptable just because a mobile order didn’t show up in less than 45 seconds. That’s awful service to tell someone to just go to the back of the line because your system was lagging “to help other customers”. That would be understandable if it had been 5 or more minutes but damn. Read moreWhile I have always enjoyed the food at Taco Bell, I will not be visiting this location again due to the service. I went inside the location during lunch to order my food to go as the drive through line was extremely long. There were two people inside ahead of me. It took 20 minutes for me to get my food and I had a very small order. I understand that there is only so much a staff of three people can do, I don't blame them for the long wait time for the food. But what really ticked me off were the "online" orders that were given preference over all of the people waiting in the drive through and in the actual restaurant. Perhaps if you can't staff your restaurant well enough during a peak time you should consider suspending the online order placement option...
Read moreI got 3 hard shell tacos and all were soaked on top with a cold liquid. (hoping it was water) made the tacos soggy and one of them inedible because it just fell apart. Wrapping only on top was soaked as well. My burrito was safe and dry, but I thought the wrapping was done so poorly it was too funny not to share! Waited about 15 minutes with 4 cars in front of me. Once the first car got their food, it was rapid fire for the rest of us. No greetings at the window, just handed card and then handed food while the cashier was looking the other way. I always say thank you, but no thank you or hello given in return. I hope this was a one-off experience otherwise I won’t be coming here for lunch anymore and just go to the other several Mexican food locations...
