I ordered the basic Chic-fil-a meal today, on my lunch break, and the fries were over cooked, very dark in color (a brownish gold color), and they were hard! The inside was closed so I I walk up to the door where the workers serve customers at. I tell the guy what was wrong and I gave him my fries. About 2 minutes later, he gives me a bag of fries. I get in my car, drive off and eat a couple fries. The top portions looked “new” but after those few fries, the rest looked like the fries I had literally just given back to them!

I was disappointed, and stopped eating the fries and began eating the chicken sandwich. It was stringy and TOUGH! I had to literally PULL the sandwich with strength to “break it” from the rest of the sandwich!! I figured that, maybe it was just the first bite that was that way. I took another bite, and the same thing! At this point, I’m about 10 minutes from the restaurant and had to turn BACK around and go through an infinite amount of red lights to just get my money back. They didn’t even give me all of my money back; only the cost of the sandwich and fries! I couldn’t believe I had such a horrible experience at Chick-fil-A. I’m very...

Chick-fil-a is always 5-star! Their menu is really great and so affordable. Once you enter their place you will receive a very nice greeting. Their employees are kind, jolly, and cheerful. You can really see that they really do their job and are happy to serve every customer they have. Their menu here is overflowing, all of the selections are unexpected, and the quality is pretty awesome. I ordered some of their sandwiches, the meat is tender, and the cheese is tasty. Also, all the veggies they used in their food are fresh and new. Their interior is fine, organized, and bright. Their seating is wide, you can find a lot of vacant seats, and their place is huge. I really appreciate the service of this place. All of their staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Their frosted Lemonade is also highly recommended for the first-timer.
