I was their biggest fan as a child. My parents asked what do you want to eat. I would alway say Chicken Basket. I went there yesterday so excited cause I moved back to the area I haven't had it in a long time. I didn't even get my food. The service was terrible a older lady had menus out on the counter that were no up to date for people to read (3 with hardback) only one was good. Then I went to order we asked for a three piece chicken dark meat 2 thighs and a leg she said no 2 legs 1 thigh. I was like um can I get 2 thighs one leg. She said yes but will charge me extra. We also asked for a chicken breast on the side she said $2.50 then said you have to buy too. This place use to be such a great place food was amazing but now it's money hungry which I can understand they need to make money but having menus with different price and labeling dark meat not specifying which pieces. I told the lady I'm disappointed I loved this place they have really changed. She got upset and said no I have old menu I can show you.. no thanks they were already at the counter. I will try my luck at a different location. It's a small establishment and if they keep this up they may not last long... it wasn't even about the food it was the dishonesty and service. I felt like I was being forced to buy something if I wanted before they sold chicken by pieces too not they don't but they will sale you a chicken breast for $2.50 which is a price I may have paid but to tell me I have to buy 2 in order to get it it's a scam.... try the other locations rockville etc. I'm going to see...

I think my current visit will be the last time stopping in. I’ve ordered 6 chicken tenders and fries and other items over the phone. I’ve specified how many sauces I’ve wanted. I don’t mind paying an extra small container for “ 59 cents”. I came in with my roommate to pick up the food. Upon leaving, I’ve checked in my bag just to make sure we had everything. I only had 1 sauce that I paid extra for in the restaurant for my 6 chicken strips and fries . 1 sauce for 6 chicken strips isn’t enough which is why I told him I want 3 when ordering on the phone. I told the man( he needs to work on improving his customer service) I wanted 3 sauces. Therefore, I told my roommate can you go inside and tell them we need barbecue sauce because I looked in the bag there is only one sauce for my chicken tenders and fries I dip them in. So he went into the store came back inside the car angrily and told me I didn’t get them. I responded hmmm how come? He answered, “ he wants money for it”.He told me no I can’t get them. I said wow. So I went inside this time. I said in my head money for the chicken when you should get free sauces for it anyway? I went inside he told me there should be 3 sauces in there. I said nope just one I paid extra for. Honestly, I shouldn’t go back and forth over some sauces. That is just silly to me. So I think my last visit will be last. Don't even try it!!! I went in there and noticed the previous owner wasn't there no more and I decided to check the new owner out. I made my order and was told it will be ready in 20 mins nope that didn't happen I waited 45 mins because deep fried take a long time to cook. I worked in the kitchen before um not really. I got my food and left I noticed they put barely any fries and the chicken you can tell was cooked in old oil. When my family tried the steak and cheese is was it's extremely salty I tasted after to confirm , so I decided to call and she told me everyone knows that the steaks for the stubs already come with salt and that they told put salt. I told her well the previous owner who I was a customer for for years since middle school never made is so salty. She continues to say well it's his meat we are using what he had gave us and I hung up because I don't want to waste my time on people who won't take accountability.
